I cant make it longer because the plastic srews are stuck?

Make sure your twisting the right ones and dont tighten them too much

Is it really an automatic bar oiling system or do you have to pump it manually?

No leakage of resivior is less than 1/2 full & cap is tight( but not too tight , it is just plastic) when stored. Before I found this out I just wrapped the head in an old tag which absorbed what little leaked out and served to clean & shine the whole device when used again. I also spray the whole bar and chain between cuts to keep everything clean and juicy( old habit from 50 years of successful chainsawing).

I got this in 2020 to trim some branches that were hitting the roof on windy days. Basically it's ready to use out of the box minus some light assembly and oil. And it did the job nicely.
