Bought this retractable dog leash for my 11 month old Cane Corso to allow him more freedom on our walks. He really enjoys his freedom and I enjoy being able to allow him some space to sniff and explore. The leash is sturdy and the light is great. A little heavy, but to be expected since it is for a larger dog. Wish the swivel clip had a little more swivel. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I haven’t tried it out on my Cane Corso but it appears to be strong and good materials

The strap might technically be able to hold 175 pounds, but the leash as a whole will not stand up to a large breed dog if he gets excited. The leash is otherwise very nice. It's long, has a built in light that was plenty bright enough for late night walks and has a locking mechanism to lock the leash at a fixed length.However, i used mine for a couple months and one day I was walking my 150 pound great dane and he spotted something of interest and tugged on the leash a little. He didn't pull hard, he didn't try to drag me along with him or anything, he just gave a firm tug wanting to check something out. The leash strap slipped down the seam in between the two halves of the handheld part and something inside got messed up so that the leash neither retracts all the way, nor extends out as far as it's supposed to, even though I was able to pull the strap back up into its designated hole.Now I could understand if he had pulled really hard, gotten excited and started lunging at something and fighting against me, but he didn't. He gave one good firm tug as he trotted over to something until he hit the end of the leash and when he hit the end and pulled, I called him back and he came back to me, but the leash wouldn't go back in. So yeah, the strap might not break with a large dog on the end of it, but the mechanism can.

I like the retractable dog leash. I have Turkish Kangel dogs. The leash gives you up to 16 feet distance between you and your dog. The bonus items (water bowl and waste bags) come in handy. I ordered on a Friday and received the following Monday. Excellent purchase!

Our leash failed to retract after just a weeks use

I bought this leash because I thought it would be best for a bigger dog. However, when we’re walking often times the leash warlock, and then you have to fight with the button to unlock it.

The leash is pretty good only problems I have is the batteries are watch style and it does jam up

The chain clip is not sturdy at all and the retractable leash broke after two days and no longer retracts. Waste of money.
