Very well made tool
Puitty knives are useful for many tasks including scraping glue or paint or cleaning dirt from a garden trowel or shovel. You can also use them to apply glue or putty. This one is very well made and advertised as guaranteed for life. I have found Hyde hardware products to be the best available.

GOOD FOR TIGHT PLACES
THE ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT THE BLADE COULD STAND TO BE SLIGHTLY LESS WIDE OR ELSE A SECOND KNIFE WITH A NARROWER BLADE COULD ALSO BE SOLD IN CONJUNCTION WITH THIS ONE. HAS A GOOD GRIP. BLADE FLEXES JUST ENOUGH TO ALLOW ONE TO PUSH CAULK INTO PLACE. OVERALL, A NICE TOOL.

It is well made and does everything a putty knife should do. I would buy more if i happened to need more.

Better than what's available locally.
Size is right (for my use). Blade is square with a good edge. Handle is comfortable. It's also made in Canada!
