Works with Dr. Brown's BUT...
Nice sturdy glass bottles. No chipping or cracking, even though I have sleep-drunkenly hit these on the tile counter multiple times. Wash well and easily in dishwasher and by hand.Only pet-peeve is that they occasionally leak around the neck. Could be because I use Dr. Brown's nipples. I've tightened it to the point of not letting air vent through (just to test), and still had a leak. It's not usually a lot, but enough to drip a drop or 5 onto baby or down the bottle. And again, not every time.Either way, I'm very grateful to have found these. I was able to transition baby from Dr. Brown's (once colic was done) to the EvenFlo. Granted the Dr. Brown's set-up leaked even more than the EvenFlo, but now that we've transitioned, I'm glad to be done with all those extra Dr. Brown's parts. This is much simpler, and much less plastic.

Love these bottles!
I have used these glass bottles with all three of my kids. They have all the same benefits of the fancy expensive glass bottles but at a fraction of the price.PROS:- Wash up great in that dishwasher. I bought a couple new ones recently with my youngest child but have some from the past 5+ years that still look and function as new without any clouding or scuffing.- thick and sturdy glass- can be boiled to sterilize with no issues- fit with medela electric breast pumpsCONS:- These can leak easily if there's any sort of moisture in the neck. It helps to wipe the collar of the nipple and neck of the bottle to make sure it's 100% dry before feeding the baby- I have to order extra replacement nipples because I haven't been able to find nipples in a store

These are amazing!
These bottles are not only cute but easy for the baby to grab AND they clean perfectly every time. I love these so much! I own these and the smaller version and they're the only bottles I use. My absolute favorite 😍

Can be used with Dr Brown venting system but with CAVEATS
Compared with plastic bottles, it's superior because1. No worries about leaking chemicals.2. Easier to clean.3. So much more durable. You have to toss plastic ones out after a while due to wear and tear but not with this. That means less junk for the earth as well. Now the possible disadvantages1. Heavier. BUT not bad at all! I'm surprised that it's so much lighter than I had expected.2. Venting is not as fancy as some other brand like Dr Brown's. BUT they can be used in combination. Do note that 1) that way you are not plastic free. 2) you don't want to fill to the max 8oz because it's not designed with extra space and will leak. I only fill up to 7oz when using the full venting system. Now, the BEST way to use them with Dr Brown's venting is without the blue part (the long tube). This works because the opening of this glass bottle is slightly smaller, allowing the vent part (vanilla color) to stay at top without falling into the bottle; also it doesn't affect venting much. The only difference is with the blue part air goes all the way to the bottom of the bottle; without it air comes out of the end of the vent and accumulates at the end of formula body.It is so much better than using the full system because1. It increases the amount of milk you can feed at once. The blue part is what takes a lot of space. Now you can fill 8 oz.2. One fewer part to wash!3. Less plastic that comes into contact with milk!

Yes: Dr. Brown's Guts Work
After reading another reviewer's comment that Dr. Brown's bottle insides work in these bottles, I took the plunge and bought 12 (and 12 Dr. Brown's bottles for their innards). They work perfectly, with no leakage (which is more than I can say for the Dr. Brown's Options bottles which leaked all the time). I spent ages scouring the interwebs trying to determine if this hack would work, when all along the answer was in a other reviewer's review...In case you are new to the bottle shopping world, Dr. Brown's used to make a traditional glass bottle and while their website claims that they still do, it is apparent that they do not. I have two I recieved as handmedowns and they were my favorite bottles (shape and because of the minimal plastic parts that come into contact with the milk). To make this work, you need all the pieces from a Dr. Brown's bottle, except the bottle. The least expensive way to make this happen is to buy plastic bottles and discard (donate, recycle, etc.) the bottle portion. You must use Dr. Brown's traditional bottles, the Options innards won't work with the Evenflo bottle. Happy feeding!!
