44/20 taper fine thinning shears
I purchased this as an exact replacement for a pair I had purchased in 1975. Long lasting and blends better than any other shears I have seen.

Will last a decade but you better know what you're doing!
The best thinning shears I have ever used in my life and I've been barbering for over 50 years. Got to be very careful because the shears can remove hair fast but if you know what you're doing this is the best tool!

Not 44/20
We took my shears in for repair & they told us these were not 44/20 texture shears...they were DOG thinning shears!!! For over $100, they need to sell what they say they are!

Good shear
I bought the first pair of these in 1993 I just replaced them. These are not very sharp but my scissor guy will fix them. I hope these last another 20yrs. We will see.

very heavy
good quitity scissor but way to heavy for me.....It was hard to work with kept pulling hair as i was thinning hair

Blending is a Snap
I first tried a "big box" store bought set of thinning shears and then broke down and bought these. Smooth cutting and they make blending the long hair on our Springer Spaniel a breeze.....All I will say is, take the $20 you think you want to spend on a pair of cheap shears and put it towards these extremely well built shears. You will not be disappointed.
