RCG RC-FXS25004 External Hard Drive Enclosure with AES Encryption

Just purchased this enclosure, set it up with a new drive. Plugged it in and opened the Software Disc. On the disc is a Initial.exe executable, and a manual. The manual refers to setting up the Biometric portion of the drive, using an EXE named "Autoverify.exe". This was not included on the disc, and the instructions never refer to a "Initial.exe". The RCG website doesn't include a download for Autoverify,so I quit. 1 hour searching the web, now this product is going back to Amazon.

Same issue as the only other reviewer (I wonder how many of these Amazon has actually sold, 2 now?). I suspect the intention was that during the execution of "Initial.exe" the remaining software is installed in the "public" directory. Instructions say to run "Initial.exe" from the included CD, unplug and replug the drive into the computer and magically the Autoverify.exe would run/show up on the disk - which is doesn't and the created disk is empty.It works as a nice metal 2.5" USB2.0 external enclosure. So far as I can tell, not as a secured disk.Have sent to RCG Support alias inquiry how to get the application SW. We'll see.Leaving it as 1 star, may return it. :(Oh yes, and McAfee found a virus included on the CD!!
