how to get the 3rd button to work? (highest) and i havnt used it yet and its only 3 days old.button doesnt stay down

Looking to purchase for a double bedroom as normal fans are not helping at night. Would you recommend the 14” or 18” for max cooling for a bedroom?

Hello, I purchased the 14” and for a medium sized lounge room, keeps it cool. Very good product. I think for best results, get the 18” as that’ll definitely keep the room nice and cool/cold. However, bear in mind that since it’s bigger it’ll most likely make more noise (the higher the intensity the louder the noise of the rotating fan discs). Hope this helps.

How many/much kilowatt per hour does this fan use on lowest setting

I'm not sure ....but on a very hot day no 2 is very good even before you get to 3
