I got this as I needed a sturdy yet small ballhead to mount my field monitor & light panel. This works well. The grip is tight & won't slip. It's made of premium steel so will last long. I only wish it also came in a version with a wheel knob instead of the wing knob. Wheel knobs are easier to tighten, but yeah wing knobs are more grippier and can tighten more.

Ball movement and tightening screw action are not smooth and easy to adjust. Very low quality ball head
