Hello, is this product flammable? i'm wondering if i'll be allowed to keep it in my checked-baggage when i leave the states.

It may not catch fire (I don't know enough about the product to say), but it will likely stain clothing (pants, shirts, etc.) if it comes in contact with same. If you must bring it with you, thought should be given to shipping it separately in a leak-proof box. If you can purchase it locally on arrival at your destination, that would be safer and less problematic should airline or other safety officials become involved. Alternatively, you could arrange with the manufacturer to ship it directly to you at your work destination.

Can i use it to drill hole in a stone?

no. you will need an impact hammer drill and a hardened impact bitas the hole is made by pounding the stone into dust
