SmartGuard 2-Year Fitness Replacement Plan Under $200

After writing a review stating that I didn't receive information regarding my warranty, I promptly received an email stating that I should've received an email with the terms of the contract within 24 hours of purchase. I then reviewed my spam folder and noticed that indeed they have done just that. My previous dissatisfaction has subsided. Only recommendation that I have is to inform the consumer during purchase that they will not receive anything in the mail and expect an email.

I like that I have it. I hope I don't have to use it but if I do, I hope I don't have the same experience as Gary Batliner.

I don't use the product as much as I anticipated, so this plan may have been a waste of money. But I am glad that I had the option of purchasing this protection plan.

I like having this available although I have only had the machine since Thanksgiving 2014

Hopefully I'll never use it. Nice to know it's there.

Love my recumbent bicycle that I bought myself for Christmas and loved getting a 2 yr protection plan. I can work out and not worry about what to do if something breaks down.
