Works great
One problem I have with any harmonica neck holder is that it's not entirely stable. There's a bit of give when I try to slide, and this one has that. Any neck holder that I've seen and used has that, except for those ones over a hundred bucks. Which is kinda ridiculous. For 20 bucks, this works great. The springs were initially super tight, but they'll soften out after a week or so depending on how much you use it. Overall I have no complaint with it

Basic functional harmonica holder
Worked great til my brother stepped on it and bent it. Reordered the same one. It’s good for basic cheap use, no complaints.

Whats not to like?
Teaching the kids how to play the guitar AND the harmonica together. Didn't want to buy expensive holders so chose this one and it does the job just fine. Fits over your head, braces from the chest, and I just leave the harmonic in the holder as it takes a few minutes to get it placed just the way you like it, and everyone is different. Comes with a thin strip of rubber-like material that will help hold (grip) the harmonica in place when you situate it where you want it.

Slides Down After A Few Months
I've used this particular model of harp holder since 2023 daily. I've one for practice & one for my community gigs. 6 months after using, they both starting sliding down away from my mouth, requiring me to quickly pull it back up so I could keep playing (without losing a beat). The screws on each side of this holder refuse to stay tight. I never switch harmonicas in between songs as it's difficult to remove & replace in ANY model of holder. I carry 3-4 Harp holders with the harps In place so I'm not wasting time on stage changing harmonica keys.I do not under why it's it's so hard to manufacture a harmonica holder with high quality turning pegs. Guess we're supposed to buy more.

IMPORTANT -- if you have *LONG HAIR* you do NOT want to mess with this harp frame
I'm a big guy, 6'3" & 220lbs but I also have a size 8 head which is compounded by my massive Jewfro (see pic). I bring this up because this harp frame is made of cheap metal and even cheaper wingnuts that tighten the joints, left and right, to secure it in place, which snagged, then ripped, and finally took out a couple handfuls of hair going on +and+ coming off. In today's world, it prob'ly would've been cheaper for them to use plastic or a composite resin, either of which would've also been gentler on my locs. Also, the clamp mechanism that holds the harp in place is not very strong, so it doesn't have a good, secure grip on the instrument which caused it to shift around during play which was annoying. It left some kind of sticky residue on my Fender harmonica as well, but I was able to clean that off. Overall, this harp frame was an epic fail for me; however, your mileage may vary - it does cost less than other models, but that is not always a winning factor. I'm going to try the Hohner MZ 2010 Flex Rack Harmonica Holder,Black - as it boasts of a rubberized frame and has closed, round fasteners instead on wingnuts, it is more expensive but my wig's worth it.

Don’t bother
I don’t normally write reviews, I’m a musician that has played the harmonica with the the guitar for a few years now. I bought this neck brace only because time was not on my side. I’ve literally struggled to put the harmonica in the holder for two minutes and gave up . Im playing live tomorrow so I will find a way but if you are I’m not rush please don’t waste you money .

Not great
I bought this for my 12 year old, she's an avid harmonica player. It takes both of us to get the harmonica in place and it's so tight, it dented one of her new harmonicas. I put it back in the package and now it's just taking up shelf space.
