This will be my last LG product I purchase. When you charge $1200+ for a purifier, then another $300 annually for filter replacement (based on estimated use at $149 per filter times two filters for the unit), you are clearly taking advantage of your customers!!! Good way to lose a long term customer! If that’s not enough, they used to have two Alexa Skills, one of which let you change the actual fan speed through Alexa. That Skill has since disappeared. Bad decision by the folks who run LG. They should rename it “LS”….IYKYK!

Was hopeful that the AeroTower product so thoughtfully designed would have the support it would require from the company. Unfortunately it does not. Thus what would have been a 5 rating is not. Filters at $100 plus are not easily acquired and the units so recently discounted have disappeared from lg’s shelves . Looks like lg like the child it seems to be has lost interest. Unless you’d like to wind up with a room “sculpture “ you might want to focus elsewhere. At this writing I look forward to revisiting with better news.
