Tasty but expensive
The book says “simple” but the expensive ingredient list isn’t so simple on the wallet. I have only tried two of the recipes so far, but they were pretty tasty

Some recipes lack all ingredients example is the English muffins. And bagels. It's disappointing in many ways but the bread sticks turned out okau6

Portions off!
Recipes look easy and fun, however the first recipe I tried the portions were so far off Herb rich breadsticks made pancakes. I hope some of the others are better.

Good ideas
I don't trust all of the recipes because some are missing ingredients or have unworkable amounts listed. I will try some of the recipes, but will be cautious.

Amount of ingredients do not match
I tried to make a bread. I followed all the instructions and it was a flop. I wasted so much flour.

Lots of great recipes
Good keto bread recipes are hard to find and this book is loaded with them. And no vital wheat gluten like most others.
