So these are just standard high-speed steel bits if I'm not mistaken. Supposed to be titanium plated and there is a coating. But these little bits, in my opinion, are throwaways because I break them all the time and I don't need the top dollar bits. The set of all the small bits that either break or wear out fast it's great to have because I just keep replacing them in my drill bit box every time I lose one.Pro tip, if you do have a drill bit set in a metal box, there's usually a dead space in the top of the box where you can stick a small magnet and clip on a few extra small bits as ready spares. That's really handy when you break one on location.

Well worth the purchase
These are small drill bits and easy to drop and/or lose. HOWEVER! Since there are several bits the same size, it is nice to know there is another bit in case one is lost. I am really happy about this. They are good quality bits, don't wobble, sharp enough to go through anything I have wanted them to, and the design is great. The bits are long enough to go into my cordless drills and still leave ample bit length for drilling into something.
