Pro not changethe mop just the mop head refills. You can even wash the heads in the washing machine and you'll get a lot more off cleaning to do. Just throw the heads if it gets so soiled and put a new refill,and then you are good togofor another 100 cleanings or usages or whichever comes first being so soiled to toss it out or you have 99 or 100 cleanings more to do. I really like this particuar mop cause youvanhuy the refill if you needed more .

Can you use this mop on pergo (laminate floors)?

I would assume so. The great thing about this mop is that you can squeeze the water out of the microfiber cloth. So you're not sloshing a ton of water on to your floor. So if your laminate flooring can handle a wet rag, it should be able to handle this mop.

This is a lighter version of the commercial mop. It works very well. We threw out the damp mop we were using without apprehension. A worthwhile purchase.
