Bosch Cutting Line Spool 4m (1.6mm)

Great product, genuine Bosch product, comes with line already wound up and ready to go. Fitted my Bosch strimmer perfectly and really easy to install and worked really well at strimming the grass. Fast delivery and good value for money. Love Bosch products, they have never let me down.

The wire is very strong but you hardly get any wire on the spool of the money

This is designed to work with the latest Bosch battery mid-sized strimmer (spec in the description).It reels out automatically in a reliable way. I’ve used a number of strimmers, large and small, petrol, mains and battery and thus is the best I’ve come accross. Always the correct length, I’ve never had to ‘pull it out a bit’.Amazing.The other thing is it’s exceptionally durable. I bought three of these with the Bosch Strimmer on the basis of past experience and the work that was required of the purchase. Well, all three are still in the packet because the original line is still giving service 8 weeks into a summer’s use on a equestrian yard!

Very good strength and does the job

I thought buying Bosch would mean good quality. It worked ok until the last third of the line when it kept disappearing inside the spool and needing rethreading. Eventually i gave up when there was about 60cm remaining. On inspection, the line has faults in it and often sticks to itself in the spool. I have another one to use as I bought a spare so if it behaves better I’ll rewrite this.

This spool is perfect...can cut efficiently and effectively. Buy this one from bosch instead of other 3rd party brand.
