I had a little issue with some of the contents for one lamp ( bought 2 sets)Seller was fast and very nice. The lamps are heavy yes but is because the are made out of real crystals! I read some reviews about how flimsy they are or that they fell after installing.... Well if you don't secure the lamp it will fall!! Is your responsibility to find the appropriate hardware if you are converting a reseeded/can light into a pendant light! Make sure you have a good base because this laps are beautiful and well made but the installation is up to you!My lamps came out beautiful! I did have to buy extra hardware as my lights were canned ... We had to improvise but they turned out good and feel secure enough!!

Amazing lights. We bought 4, 3 for the kitchen island and 1 for above the kitchen sink. A little time consuming to hang each strand but well worth it. I’d say it took about 3 hours to assemble and hang all 4.

Fantastic purchase! There are 40 crystals on each pendant (takes about 30 mins to attach them all). I am so very pleased with these. Elegant, hefty, no cheaply made, very high quality. Extra rings and long crystals included, which is great as one slipped out of my hand and chipped. Recommend buying white cotton gloves to polish after crystals are attached to remove fingerprints. So happy!!

Very good quality for the price. One thing I didn’t realize is that I need to use LED bulbs with these lights. Traditional incandescent bulbs burnt out. I probably didn’t read that, but take note if you get these.

Had to the individualy put crystals on by hand 36 hrs, no way I could have stand on a ladder and put theses on one by one. The light fixture it self was easy, but putting the crystals on ugggg, but its beautifulFor the price.

These chandeliers are beautiful. The crystals are heavy glass and seem much more expensive than the price. They are actually exactly as described and shown in the pictures. I wish there was an option for a two or three bulb version of the same light.

The product came defective with missing parts, it looks beautiful but too much work installing each piece, I was refunded but it’s not worth the heart break and waste of time

No way to let circle plate to stay with base. Missing connections between cylinder crystal and circle plate. Called seller and phone is powered off . I will keep post after seller response me.

It took me so long to find one, finally found it. Perfect in our kitchen island.
