popped the coil in my dryer, bought this, it worked perfectly fine. install is as easy as it can be. Overall very good for the price.

Fit and function are perfect. These work with no noticeable change in performance of the dryer. The failure was in the heating element but since I had the dryer apart, I replaced the electronic components in the heater box as well. Only time will give an indication of reliability but so far, so good after 1 week's laundry (5 loads).

Easy install and works great

This saved my wallet, my time, and fixed the dryer. All items were direct replacement and fit very well. If your slightly handy this is the way to go. YouTube has some good how to guides that made it easy. Total time was about an hour. Dry has been working now for a few months and our dry time have significantly shortened.

My original review was as follows but I came back to give 4 stars just for their customer service! They did immediately respond and sent me a new part. I think the biggest issue is a flaw with the dryer that is a Samsung issue.This is my fourth one and this one only lasted 2 months!! Save yourself the headache and don’t buy this!! As a matter of fact don’t buy Samsung either!!

My Samsung Dryer Model:Dv42H5000EW/A3 stopped drying all of a sudden and when touched dryer surface was cold, after some research landed on this product and ordered it and it came within a day. Was able to take out the old one with broken coil and put this one in, and heating is back on for the dryer, Working great for 2-3 weeks now. Will recommend it 100% to anyone looking to replace their faulty heating coil.

My replacement heater element arrive 1 day earlier than expected, which worked out nice. It arrived exactly as what is shown in the picture. It is also a fairly easy install, just be careful of sharp metal edges on your dryer. Although one person can do this job, 2 people make it a whole lot easier. If ever needed again, I would buy this again.

Lucky for us we found this product and with a little help from a YouTube video, figured out how to use these parts to replace the old ones. Now the dryer works like new and saved us a ton of money!

Great price for this kit! Our dryer heater element died. This kit had everything I needed to replace the element as well as the thermostat and temp sensor. They provided a video of the replacement. It was useful but I was able to get the old element out without removing the entire drum (that saved a lot of time). So, check your dryer before you take out the drum!

The installation process was straightforward, by the repairman, and within a few hours, my dryer was back in action.Initially, I was pleased with the results. The dryer seemed to be working as it should, and I was able to complete several loads of laundry without any issues. However, as time went on,I've noticed that it doesn't heat up as effectively as it did when it was new. on occasion, this has led to some extended drying times.I'll continue to use this heating element for the meantime and keeping an eye on its performance.
