It’s a complete kit with all adapters.
I ordered this tool via a confident reference and expected all in order…until I read reviews below describing mismatched parts, incomplete set with no adapters, defective metal… all of it. It scared the heck out of me while it was shipping. I even emailed to OTC about how I could order adapters if they were missing. In their words, “all 4 of those parts are obsolete without replacement“.I received everything. 2019 and 2021 must have been a fluke.I am not a mechanic and I wonder about my installation of the tool, but I got a below 0 reading on my catalytic converter back pressure and I am unsure what that indicates, whether installation was improper, the equipment was damaged or defective, or if the cat has a leak.

worked for me
This tool is simple to use, if only getting to the hole to install it in was that easy.

Another must have for any automotive technician...
I use this tool every time a car comes in with a suspected Catalytic Convertor failure and when used with my Snap-On Scan tool, I've saved many customers thousands of dollars by correctly diagnosing their vehicles the first time (and only half of the vehicles with Cat Codes P0420/P0430 actually needed a new Cat).

Fitting thread difference
Fitting did not fit in a GM 02 sensor bung..threads on OTC fitting don't match up with GM. Don't know about any other manufacturer threads.

Otc
Bought this gauge otc has alway had good products but this was very poor no adaptors for the o2 sensor bung,so have to make or buy to make work, the needle wasnt on zeroed ,the gauge was plastic so cheaply made otc should be ashamed to charge this much for such low quality,it did have a nice braided stainless steel hose .dont waste your money u proably wont be happy with it

Great tool.
After using it twice, it paid for itself. Takes the guess out of bad Catalytic Converters.

works great, im happy with this tool
works great , im happy with this tool, only its not easily adaptable , could use easier attachments for the not so easy to get to O2 sensor location considering exhaust gets very hot in a short time. not a great value but it a good tool. I would still recommend it for it s good quality and usefulness.
