Well it says refrigerator after opening. If you store in pantry it might go bad quickly

As long as it's in the refrigerator it should last almost forever. I actually still have a small amount left and it's been over a year, and it's still delicious. Darn, now I'd love some salad with that drizzled over it... just don't have the salad part!

I am afraid that it is just a regular citrus flavor not yuzu or sudachi but tasty.
