I took mine apart and can’t put it back together, what do I do?

If it is built the same way as most 2x2’s then you put the little plastic pieces in between the turning pieces and the side wall and the corners in the triangles that form. It helps if you loosen it all the way.

How do we loosen? It is too tight and hard to turn.

I have no idea how to loosen it, ours broke/exploded after 20 minutes of playing with it.
