It's little bit tight in ears and can cause pain but in this price it's worthy product.

This is very useful product. I Use it as a backup.. the sound is very clear..Product quality is good.

Not useful — picks up everything except the heart sound!
Worst. Instead of heart or breath sounds, it picks up all environmental noises — TV sounds, people talking, background chatter — everything except what I actually need to hear.The heart sound is barely audible. Very disappointing and not suitable for clinical or even basic home use. Certainly not fit for purpose.Avoid if you're looking for a functional stethoscope.
