Purchased 5/8/18, used it in a recipe. Just took it out of the cabinet & is no longer "clear" but pale yellowish color. Not expired is it still good?

The yellowing of this product can happen over time when exposed to varying storage conditions and UV light. The product should taste and perform the same. The short answer: yes, it's still good to use!

We bought 32 oz bottle. No obvious expiration date on the bottle - black square says 4325 H 10:21 (?) Also, where is it made?

I want to use it to make a banana flavored ice cream. Have anyone used it for this purpose and what were the results?

I have never used it to make banana flavored ice cream but I have used it to make banana pudding and banana flavored milk. This extract really enhances the flavor of anything you want to taste like bananas.
