On the package, It says it's made in China and formulated in Austria. If that helps others to know. Not thrilled about it being made in China but it works.

Is this listing for one 4 gram pouch or for a box that has three 4 gram pouches in it? i was unclear from the description listing.

I have used it and it is a 3 day treatment -- as far as I know it has 3 pouches 4 grams each for treating a 40 pound dog.

Should this be repeated in 15 days ?

If using for puppies or kittens, I would recommend to repeat in 2 wks after initial dosing.

does this ever expire?
