They may freeze the item , but there is nothing to help it retain the cold but a 13 gallon trash bag and a couple of pieces of cardboard.. 82.50 down the drain!! It was not just defrosted, but hot it was like a bag of jello. And it arrived a day early!!!Never again!!!

I absolutely love the taste of this bacon and the higher fat content than other beef bacon I've tried. It is a little pricey, about $17.00 per pound. But it isn't sold in any local stores, so the price has to make up for the shipping too I presume. It's really good though.
