Fantastic product for Gen 2 Honda CR-V 2002-2006
This came highly recommended, and did not disappoint. I used blue masking tape to quickly tape off the paint adjacent to the black plastic trim, wore nitrile gloves, and the process didn't take long. It was a bit "wet" and "sticky" for a few days, maybe a week or so, but seemed to be absorbed into the plastic, and then just became a nice dull, black, finish. It's been a year and it still looks great.

Works really good
This is a great product. It definitely does what it should, but I do have to reapply it constantly and it's expensive! It can last, but I love the shiny finish it initially has in the first few weeks.

Easy to apply instant improvement
After a lot of searching for a trim restorer that will actually last more than a couple weeks I finally chose solution finish! This stuff has a much more “professional” quality to it. It’s fairly simple to apply and it works immediately! 3 weeks later and it looks just as good as it did on day 1!If your trim is really faded then I’d recommend 2 applications spaced out about a day apart to give the first coat time to set fully. Stuff works so well that after showing it to my dad he asked me to send him the link so he could buy a bottle himself lol. Also good to know is that the 1 oz bottle will seem pretty small but it’s more than enough to do atleast a few applications on an average suv.

Holy cow this works great!
I had some plastic trim pieces on my car that had faded. This works really well and immediately. In the photos one door is treated and one untreated so you can see the difference. I also used it on my black framed vinyl windows on my home. The bottle is very small so it’s best for small jobs, but a little goes quite a long way. I just used it so I can’t say how long the results last.

inadequate directions
The directions say to apply the product and then wipe off the oil residue, but doesn't say at what point you do that. Wait till it dries? Do it right away? After a minute? Since kind of hard to tell if it's wet or if it's "oil", as they call it, you will end up experimenting. Tip: Do it right away or you'll be sorry, you'll be rubbing and rubbing and rubbing. I couldn't get some off so used a tiny bit of WD-40 and that wiped off the residue super quick, didn't seem to take off anything else. who knows what that's going to do long-term, but it's almost impossible to rub out if it dries.

Worked surprisingly well
I have a 2003 Honda Element which has a lot of grey plastic trim. The application requires you to clean the trim and wipe it down with a degreaser. Then you just rub it on. It isn’t the easiest to apply, especially because you don’t get a lot of it so you can’t just soak a rag and wipe it on. A little does go a long way though.I’ve had it on for several months now and haven’t noticed any degradation and that includes rain and washing. It does darken the plastic but now my plastic looks like it originally did so this isn’t a dye.

#1 good shipping time
Ok. First off I write honest reviews, and usually give 5 star reviews if it works. #1 good shipping time.#2 mine came in a white bottle."don’t know if that matters ?" #3 this is a dye, that being said i used this using their "professional" instructions to a T. Will this work on hard black faded plastics? Probably. Will this work on polypropylene or rubberized plastics? Absoblutely not. Am I mad. No. But i do speak the truth..Yes sorry. Do I feel like a full refund? Yes. I felt mislead. When applying solution it looked fantastic. When completing final wipe down, all was lost. Applied 3 different coats letting each one sit longer before final wipe to no change. Sorry I feel like tirewet does better until it rains. Solution looks great until wiped off. If you let it sit , remember i said it was dye.Clothes, skin,=Ruined if bumped up against. I feel like a full refund should be in order for me.Product arrived earlier today. Again im not a hater but honest. Maybe it works for others but ive seen no result on faded rubber or polypropylene. Was basically trying to make a piece from 2016 look new again. Fail. No money back.No problem,it was 12 bucks,I really just wanted this product to work ! Thats all
