Murray's Extra Heavy Hair Pomade

A classic, it does what it says it's going to do! A bit heavy, not like the more modern brands. Not the best on the market, but it has its place in your arsenal

What a terrific hair pomade! I had heard of Murray's but never paid too much attention to them. My mistake, because this is an absolutely fabulous pomade, especially for the money. I like heavy holding pomades, and this Murray's Extra Heavy delivers.This is an oil based pomade, so expect a shampoo or two to get it out of your hair, but I actually like that it stays in for a few days because it makes my next day hair regimen so much easier. I also like that there aren't many ingredients in it, especially the bad chemicals that lots of modern store bought formulas use.Very happy and highly recommended!

Perfect to add thickness and hold to hair

This stuff lasts a loooooong time. I tend to wear my hair short, so I don’t have to use too much product. I bought this in Feb 2025 and I’m not even halfway into the pack

My medium thick hair gives it a run for its money. Works about as well as ruezel strong for me. Layrite works a little better and smells great.

Been using for years nothing has changed

Hold is good but hard to work through hair. Also leaves a residue in hair that is hard to wash out after multiple attempts.
