Received this bottle of fish oil capsules today (8/25). I was shaking it on the way home and nothing rattled so I opened it. I don't know how long it was in route, but obviously waaaaaay too long because it melted in a pretty big blob. The post office doesn't get in a big hurry to do anything and there wasn't anything on the package indicating "heat sensitive"... VERY disappointed!!!

For the price, this is the best fish oil you can get. My doctor said "I don't know what you are doing completely, but don't stop". He said, "The tests we did show your organs and internal health are like a young man" . I am 76 years old. Yes, I also exercise regularly and eat a balance array of foods. And, I still teach high school math (AP Calculus, AP Statistics, Precalculus, Algebra II, etc.) as a long term substitute for 4 to 12 week sessions. Good supplements, eat well, exercise - both physical and mental.
