Even if it's worn and torn, you can still reload its resistance bands and continue to use it
Got about two years of every other day use out of the initial three bands sent with the item. Eventually one wore out and broke, was able to order another complete set of three bands and with assistance reload the expander maximum resistance.

Broken Cables
Two of the three cables have broken after about three months of very light use. I have a second one, which I bought a while back, and that one is working fine. i can only assume that there is a problem with the new cables.

Extremely Dangerous
I ordered this Chest Expander on February 22, 2020. I have used everyday since I received it & 2 of the rubber pulls have snapped out of it while I was using it. Both tore apart where they connect to the handles. The first one happened within the first 2 weeks & the second on March 26, 2020. The first time the rubber hit me in my face & did not hurt me although it stung for a few minutes. The second time it hit the wall in the bedroom where I was using it & put a small dent in the wall. If I had been using it where there were other people around it could have seriously injured someone. The Company that makes this should remove it from the Market & Amazon should remove this product immediately because it is obviously extremely dangerous.

Good but missing parts
Everything works great except that I'm missing 2 resistance bands. I hope the seller can fix this so I can give 5 stars.

Should be called 'Shoulder and Spine Maintainer'
Ive been using Lifeline Cables and products for near 15 years now. Clean the cables with water and dont leave them in sunlight and they will last for years. The lighter/thinner cables tend to wear out faster.The Chest Expander can allow you to do many 'anti-slouch' exercises and the strength-curve on those cables feels really good to me and most of my clients. The cable systems are very compact and take very little gym space which is nice on Monday - Thursdays when the gym is busy. Why wait for a cable machine when you can pull these out of your gym bag?

Very useful product for exercise.
I been using this expander for years. Just needed to replace the bands. Recently purchased an expander which she is using for her rotator cuff therapy. Therapist also found it to be a useful for therapy exercises.
