Alan Dunn is very talented! His beautiful sugar flowers kind of remind me of Maggie Austin. He gives detailed instructions page by page. Seriously ....this is a must have!

Alan Dunns new books never fail to impress, I think that he is about the very best cake decorator around today. The way that he relies upon the moulded flowers that he magnificently does is out of this world. Thanks again for another great book. Alan Dunn is amazing! After I bought this book I bought another one of his. The instructions and examples are the best I have seen. He makes it easier to make beautiful sugar flowers and designs. I recommend this book if you are serious about making sugar flower designs.

Gorgeous pictorials, perfect floral sugarpaste specimens. The level of detail and artistry makes it one to behold and refer to. Love all his books!

I own a few of Alan Dunn's books and they are all wonderful! These pictures are breathtaking and instructions are easy to follow. Love it!

Very good I love it

I have nearly all of Alan Dunn's books and this one does not dissapoint. Beautifully illustrated, the method for making the 38 flowers and foliage etc. are well explained with each stage being pictured so that you know what your work should look like. The book then goes on to use these to decorate cakes.Whilst some of the more elaborate cakes might daunt all but the most experienced sugarcrafters, others are well within reach. It is nice that there are plenty of templates at the back of the book if you don't want to buy all the cutters.Well worth a place in any cake decorators library.

Alan Dunn is one of the best buys when it comes to flower making especially his new titles produced in the last 2 or 3 years. He is a good demonstrator so if you get the chance to see him I would recommend you do. I use his books when teaching for templates and hand outs and find him invaluable on my book shelf.

Alan Dunn's style of producing finely detailed flower specimen toppers coupled with th complimentary understated fine elegant sugar art details he adds to his cakes make this another favourite.
