I need these long hemostats badly to keep my pool sweep operating. My neighbor's huge pine tree branches are overhanging my pool. The squirrels keep eating the pine nuts, and throwing the emptypine cones downhill. When it is windy, they land in the pool, where the pool sweep picks them up. Unfortunately, sometimes they get stuck in the silicon diaphragm of the pool sweep's body. The cones get either stuck in the membrane or tear up the diaphragm These long hemostats keep a tight lock on the cones that I am able to pull them out from a narrow opening without tearing up the silicone.

They r great for what they r, just too big for what I needed.

These are the sturdiest Curved Hemostats I have ever found for fishing. They are thick so no worry about bending them like the thinner and more expensive ones. Definitely did not disappoint and I highly recommend this product.

Although this is definitely not a fine instrument, it's perfect for what I bought it for. My husband uses it to retrieve lost items in between the seat and console in his truck, and to reach small items while he works on the engine.

Teeth do NOT line up in the opposite groove so they do NOT lock down tight. Looks more like SURGICAL REJECTS there fore they are sold for other non critical uses. I would not recommend.

I just needed these for crafting . They are more than what I needed them for ! I’m sure I’ll use them but will be ordering a smaller set. These lock very easily and I had no problem with the release. They’re just longer than I need for most projects, but I’ll be looking for the same quality in shorter stats.
