Gresat replacement for the price
Perfect fit and replacement for original lamps.Note that these new assemblies include an inner diffuser that blocks forward light and reflects back into the reflector. The stock assembly is a ring that allows all light to pass forward.Since I was using HID lights with a built in deflector, I removed this diffuser which is held in place by two phillips screws on each assembly.Price is perfect compered to OEM and they are made just as well.I have uploaded 2 pix; one that show the old and new lamp as well as one that shows a close up of the assembly with the diffuser removed.

Great fit, price and quality!
Installed these on my 2000 Tacoma X-cab 4x4 (see pictures that I posted in the gallery). They look AWESOME, and easily took 5 years off the look of the car. Toyota should have made the stock headlights look like these. It took me a while to figure out what tool I needed to adjust them once they were installed. The stock headlights used a philips head, but these have a different kind of allen-head type of screw. Turns out, you just need a 4mm socket (pretty small). You will probably want to put that socket on a screwdriver handle for the lower screw and then use a regular handle for the upper screw (not as much clearance). Anyway, if you're debating getting these, DO IT. Don't buy any of those lesser-quality ones on eBay.

Very bad beam pattern.
The beam is so scattered it was awful and very hard to see at night. Ordered a retrofit kit so these will actually send light down the road

Fit well. However reviews about shadows are accurate on my 1998 tacoma.Update. I did use the adjustment screws to adjust both lights. That helped clear up some shadows with high beam.

Good quality
The headlights came in an "Anzo USA" box, but product itself had "Eagle Eyes" label on them (probably owned by same company). I bought these to retrofit HID projectors into, because the stock Tacoma headlights are pretty poor. The lense on these headlights are easily removed by putting in the oven @ 300F for 8mins and carefully prying off with a screwdriver. I had problems removing the lense on "Spyder" brand headlights becaue of the cheap construction and low quality glue used. The ones here are much better quality than the Spyders. I was surprised these headlights also came with German made OSRAM bulbs! The projectors look great in these headlights, I would buy these again if I had to start over!

1999 4x4 limited
I tried installing these in my 1999 4x4 limited but when I got to putting the grill back on the drivers ode light was over too far to the left making it impossible to reattach the grill. I am very disappointed they seemed to be well made and they make the truck look so much better but the fit is terrible.

Don't waste your money if you want to see
Low beam is pretty good. High beam light is spotty, meaning black areas on road that are triangle shaped areas of darkness pointing away from the vehicle and other areas within the light beam that are spotty (the reflectors are at fault here). Really, these are not much better than the OEM clouded light assemblies I replaced. I'm considering removing them and replacing with OEM assemblies and return. I was an NIASE Master auto tech for almost 30 years, so I know how to properly aim headlights. I fully realize you get what you pay for but don't waste your money on these if you actually want to see.

Not worth the money
Definitely not worth the money. I know there isn't many options out there but this is extremely cheaply made. Adjustment screws are extremely fragile and flimsy. I'll be keeping it because I don't have a choice I will probably use them to retrofit some projectors into them because the reflectors are terrible.
