NutraBio Beta Alanine Pre-Workout Supplement - Beta Alanine Powder- 360g Powder

I take both the NutraBio Beta Alanine (Carnosyn) capsules in the office, and use the powder at home. I bought the NutraBio beta alanine for muscle gain and performance enhancement. I've been using this product for about a year on and off. Surprised I've discovered when taken in a high dose, 3-6 grams, that it eliminates mold and pollen allergies. Works fast and continue to remain allergy free as long as I continue to take beta alanine daily. Take before eating, or a few times per day, or right when you begin to feel allergy symptoms. Nothing else helped much, but this works better than anti-histamines. And as a bonus, high doses of beta alanine significantly enhance my mental clarity and focus though out the day, best brain nootropic I've tried. Also, notice an improvement in eyes, sharper vision. And better recall and frequency of dreams at night. A few recommendations: if high doses are taken long term you should occasionally take a taurine supplement. Beta alanine could in theory deplete taurine reserves - a competitive uptake or receptor binding knockout - simply take taurine and beta alanine at a different times, an hour or more apart should be fine. And include a copper supplement, especially if your diet is already insufficient in copper minerals. Beta alanine mobilizes histidine to form carnosine, which may in turn drain copper-binding tripeptide (GHK-Cu) while facilitating skin and cartilage remodeling and repair. Finally, in my experience the high doses of Nutrabio Beta Alanine work best when taken together with a high dose (1 gram) of vitamin C, as sodium ascorbate. I don't recommend the ascorbate acid form, since the acidic C significantly reduces serum ceruloplasmin. However, C as sodium ascorbate (non-acidic) significantly increase ceruloplasmin and energizes beta alanine's effect.

Nutrabio always makes quality, if you use Beta-alanine, use the "Carnosyn" version......Buffers latic acid, so you can crush in the gym harder and longer. This one is quality. thx.

This stuff works and gets in your system fast. I take 3 scoops with ketones before my workout. Nutrabio has become my go to supplements. No artificle anything!

For run of the mill builk supplements I might go elsewhere for the price but when it comes to things like beta alanine I have trusted NutraBio for years. Great products with great quality.
