Great alternative for Huel
I've been using Huel powders for a while and thought I would give this Fuel10k powder a try because the ingredients looked good, the vitamins added are 100% of what you need each day and its fat, fibre and protein content is almost the same as Huel. I was also aware of the brand having bought the 10k breakfast drinks from the shops which were good. The taste is good, its a little sweet but I do make mine with milk instead of water to get more calories and maybe that plays a part. The consistency (with milk) is thick and smooth and can be downed in 1 shot from a shaker bottle. There are bits of something inside, maybe oats. Some people dont like this but i do, i think it tricks the brain into thinking its getting more than a milkshake. It leaves it filling full for a few hours.I drink 1 shake per day 5-6 days per week before i head into work as a breakfast alternative (sometimes with a shot of coffee added to choc flavours). I will continue to use FUEL10k for the next few months instead of HUEL. They do pretty much the same thing except FUEL10k has 100% of the vitamins needed daily per shake whereas HUEL provides 10-25% of the required vitamins daily. I also like that FUEL10k sell single bags that are 10 serving per bag and that i can get them next day from amazon. At £1.45 per serving, its the same as the cost of a breakfast shake from the shop but so much better and more. The only thing they could add is more flavours but not a big problem really.Im converted! Well done team Fuel10k

Okay taste
Tastes okay, but found it a bit gritty for my liking, even when blended in a blender it left gritty bits of oats in your mouth.

Surprisingly good
This is the only meal replacement shake I've ever had, and was a little apprehensive at first as others I know who have tried Huel never said much good about the taste, or cheated by using milk instead of water to make it palatable. Fortunately, Fuel Strawberry & Banana has a nice, quite refined taste. I wouldn't say delicious, but it's nice and nothing overpowering about it, nor any weird aftertaste. I find it really convenient to take into work, and it fills me up. It doesn't feel like it's going to fill me at the time (just a psychological thing), but the hunger pangs are all gone for a few hours. Only slight-downside is that even after thorough shaking, you're still left with some bits through it - it's not completely smooth. It doesn't bother me and I maybe actually like that a little, but I imagine most wouldn't agree.

Filling shake
I like that this is not as smooth as other shakes. It is filling and refreshing when made with chilled water. Give it a try.

Affordable tasty vegan lunch that keeps me full
This was my second attempt at an affordable vegan meal replacement shake. I appreciate that it has a subtle earthy taste like porridge (the first brand i tried tasted artificial). It took me a week or so of experiments to work out how I like it.These days I put 2 scoops in a 1ltr flask of vegan hot chocolate which creates a thick creamy hot chocolate. That keeps me full all day at work, with the help of two pieces of fruit at lunchtime. Previously i was paying for a meal-deal every day so this is MUCH cheaper. Perfect!

Mixed feelings on this vanilla
So I usually use another brand and have done for many years. Thought I would try Fuel, just out of interest so I could compare the two.I purchased the vanilla thinking it would be more adaptable- add fruit or other flavourings. With my first shake I had it straight from the packet without adding anything.300ml of water and 4 scoops makes a rather nice filling shake. It is however rather bitty, so if you prefer a smooth shake this is not for you.I was disappointed with the flavour. It doesn't taste of vanilla at all, more of an earthy / bitter taste.I will definitely be experimenting with adding different things to improve the flavour. After 3 hours I'm only just starting to feel peckish so I guess that's a bonus.I may try the other flavours but I'm slightly worried I may be disappointed as I was with this one.
