Great! Highly recommend.
This is a great device! It makes my life easier. Caveat, I have only had it for a couple weeks, so I will have to review the longevity in a future update. Best features: -Easily mapped the whole house. Customizing the map with room divisions, carpeted areas, and no-go zones was simple. -Scheduling was simple and allowed enough customization to really optimize for specific floor types and dirt levels. -It is quiet. Much quieter than my old roomba. -Even though quiter, the vacuum suction performance seems to be doing the job. The carpets look clean. -The cleaning pattern is more effective than my old device as well. My carpets clearly show where they were cleaned and give that nice fresh vacuum pattern feel that let's you know it is doing it's job. -The brush design is so much better than my old roomba. I have a wife, dog, and cat. I have hair everywhere. It gets in all my vacuums. Yet, I haven't had to clean any hair off this vacuum in the entire time I have owned it. Super win. -The mop works very well. We used to use a swiffer on our kitchen tile and hardwood flooring, but those days are gone. This mops lays down a perfect amount of wetness and based off the filthiness of the dirty water I am getting out of the docking station, we were missing a lot before. Very effective. -The docking station really extends the time between maintenance checks and allows for optimal cleaning performance as it cleans its mop and empties it's bin throughout the cleaning task. -The app is simple and easy to use. Promotions and sales are kept on tabs that I never have to look at so they don't bother me. Not so great: -The battery life is a little less impressive. It is not sufficient to clean my whole house in one go. I break the house up into two zones and have the vacuum scheduled to alternate between them. It works fine. Overall: Great device. Very effective. Totally recommend it. I hope the longevity meets the same bar.

My house has never been so clean!
As a neat freak, this has been one of my favorite purchases recently. Hands down. No doubt. Our house has seriously never felt so clean. With four boys coming and going, plus a cat, plus my wife and I both working out of the same house, this place gets dir-r-r-r-ty! But now, I just set this little baby up and get it goes to town. Note: the first several times that we used it, the machine's debris holding chamber was LOADED. We ran it until the battery died (and it returned to it's charger automatically), emptied it, and then ran it again as soon as it was fully charged. But each time that it ran, it was completely full! Every single time. None of us can believe how dirty we were living. Note #2: We now take it upstairs to do a deep cleaning there. We had a little bit of a learning curve to make sure that all of the electric cords and such were off the floor. (They untangle easily, btw, if you forget). My son with the cat had a room that used to smell terrible... it smells almost normal after we ran this several times through there. And the volume of cat hair that this thing picked up is crazy amazing. Hair that we didn't even see. I didn't know cat hair smalled badly, but it must've. Room smells pretty decent now (not perfect - there still is a smally boy living in there)! Note #3: We keep a pretty clean house. That is what is amazing about this thing. It makes it really clean. Note #4: After the first several runs, make sure that you clean the roller brush. It will make a difference. The tool that comes with the unit that looks like a comb does a great job. If you get hair or thread or similar wrapped around it, use the handy dandy letter opener-style cutter to easily and safely clean it out. The blue parts on bottom around roller remove easily for deep cleaning. Do it! Easy and worth it for better future results. Note #5: Does all types of floors really well. We have ceramic, vinyl, short carpet, marble, deep carpet - all on the first floor of our house --- NO PROBLEM for Eufy! It moves with ease between them all. Note #6: Problem areas? We have a screened in porch that has a door that allows tiny little leaves in under the door. I'll just set the Eufy out there and forget about it. When I see it again, the machine has run out of juice and the floor is perfectly clean. Or my basement office. Set it in there at the end of the day, close the door and forget about it. In the morning, the floors are clean and the machine is sleeping where it ran out of power. I take it back upstairs, empty the cannister, and put it back on the charger. Last note: It gets in tight spaces. It cleans edges beautifully. It spends more time on a room than we ever would, so I guess that is why it cleans so well. It gets under most of our furniture. Around most of our chairs. And oh - I almost forgot - this vacuum is SO-o-o-o quiet. With our upright, you can't hear yourself think. With this thing, I can be do my work uninterrupted. Disclaimer - I have wasted a lot of time just watching machine in amazement and awe! Thankfully I can now walk away from it - although the 7 sessions with a therapist to get me to break the habit were a pain. ;) I highly recommend the machine - if you couldn't already tell! I came back on to Amazon to buy a unit for my in-laws and saw the opportunity to avoid my job for a little bit to write this review! Funny, but I am glad that I did. This little fella is totally worth it. If you are thinking about which brand to buy, you can't go wrong with Eufy. Kudos to the manufacturer and development team! Note to manufacturer: Can you please develop a machine to automatically climb and clean stairs (cook, do toilets, do laundry)... ? People, you are going to love this vacuum!

Great robovac! We named ours “Robby the Robovac.”
I hesitated for years to pull the trigger on getting a robot vacuum, and I shouldn’t have. If you are on the fence, get one. This thing has been worth the $250 in the first month, alone. (I compare it to a maid service fee.) It automates the simplest but most essential task of cleaning, because most dust and dirt ends up on the floor. It also forced me to finally tidy up all the wires and miscellaneous junk I had laying around on the floor, and thereby also eliminate areas where dust and dirt would accumulate, both of which were unexpected side benefits. It also frees up time to then wet mop and clean other places more easily, and tacitly helps me WANT to follow through with those final stages of cleaning that are easier because it takes care of the most time-intensive, initial stage of cleaning. It has been a life changer for us. The first week made the house smell a bit dusty because it kicked up all the latent dust from the corners, under furniture, and in the rugs. But once it got through that stage, the whole house looks and “feels” so much cleaner and smells nicer. Subtle but significant difference. I live in a one-story bungalow with mostly hardwoood or laminate floors, with a low-nap Berber floor covering in my master bedroom. I have a mid-size wire-hair dog who sheds normally, and it is perfect for picking up dog hair. I also have a nine year old son who adds to the dust and dirt. The suction is great on all of our surfaces. It works better than my stand-up “cyclonic” Hoover. Having three suction settings allows you to adjust the noise level depending on how clean you need the suction to be. The side brushes seem trite but definitely do work to help collect and”funnel” dirt into the collection bin. They also hit under furniture legs and walls edges to help collect the dirt that hides there. The collection bin does need to be emptied frequently (every few uses, especially when you first use it), but I look at that as letting me know what would have been on my floor if I didn’t have the unit. It is amazing how much it cleans off the floor even after the first wave of cleaning. The different cleaning modes are also well thought out: edge cleaning, spiral-spot cleaning, and random walk cleaning. I use the edge cleaning mode the most because dust and dirt tend to congregate along the edges. Three downsides that are probably fixed in higher end models. First, getting the app to work was unnecessarily frustrating and difficult because I forgot my exact WiFi password. The problem is that the interface requires you to go through about a five minute process for each “guess,” which made syncing to the app much more frustrating and unnecessarily slower than it should have been. Then with each failed attempt, I also had to also manually reset the entire unit by pressing the power button for 20 seconds. They should program it to test the password quickly so the entire syncing process does not take five minutes until you find out you typed the password incorrectly. (Especially because WiFi passwords are case-sensitive, so it is easy to mistype it). Once I typed the correct password and synced it, the problem was over, but it was frustrating and time consuming. Second, controlling the unit manually through the app is difficult because of the lag time in the signal through WiFi. So any time I manually steer the until, I use the remote and not the app. Not a big deal, but something to note. It is also too loud to schedule vacuuming at night. It woke us up the first three times it ran a scheduled overnight clean, partly because we keep our bedroom doors open at night. We are still on COVID lockdown, so I can’t just schedule it to run during the day while we are at work. So I just run it in the background during the day or when I leave to go to the store or take the dog for a walk. Nonetheless, none of those are dealbreakers, mostly just minor inconveniences that are acceptable at this price point. It still earns its five star rating for fulfilling its primary purpose and then some.

Good, easy, time will tell. Would recommend.
I have hard floors through out the house with the occasional rug. Also, I have anywhere from 2 dogs, a cat and a person up to 4 dogs, a cat in the house and three people living in it. 1. Set up is easy. Download the app, makes for some fun when you're controlling the direction, especially with animals. 2. You'll want to rearrange some furniture (its wider then you think). 3. Noise on standard mode isn't terrible. Its like a dishwasher running in another room. Choose your running times wisely if need be. 4. With app, you can set a schedule. Will test later on. 5. Floors already looking clean. Its easy to unload its bin and throw what it caught into the trash. Its a simple tray you pull out while its sitting there so there is no need to lift it up/flip it over. 6. In comparison the the irobot vacuums (from what I've read), the brushes on the bottom is just like your average vacuum. Hair can get caught in it, dog toy stuffing too, so you'll have to clear that out every so often. So far its been worth it. Will update review once something bad has happened, or once its been long enough. Its a good vacuum. I ran it once around the house and it picked up quite a bit. I did not bother to sweep first, otherwise what would this do? Its path is sporadic. It seemed to leave the charging station and go somewhere. At times it would find a wall and just follow it around the house, which I liked. But if it got confused, it was just start going in any direction, hit something, turn, and off it goes again until it decides its happy enough to follow a wall. It does not do well with rugs or things with a lip (if it hits a certain way, it will curl up that item). But I did only have to help it get unstuck once. EDIT: ONE WEEK LATER Worth it! I made the initial mistake of not cleaning before letting this thing clean. I would HIGHLY recommend you clean up the house, otherwise they will get caught in the brushes and slow down the machine. That being said, I have some harder to reach places, so I steered the vacuum into those spots, steered it out, and promptly cleared the brushes and its cartridge. Now with the house done with the initial clean, I run this about an hour before work and an hour after work. When I open the dust collector compartment, there is a lot in it! This thing cleans, this helps relieve some stress and it makes me want to swiffer/mop the floor. I would recommend this to everyone (robot vacuum). Now this particular model, I have no issues, no concerns yet. It picks things up, it puts the stuff in its bin, it returns to charging station (takes a while, but it does). Lasts for 1 hour, 50 minutes of vacuuming, and takes about 3 or 4 hours to completely charge. EDIT: TWO WEEKS LATER It has had its first accident. It has ran over quite a few things, trapped itself in a room once, and collected quite a bit of dog hair and dirt. I wanted to update with its first broken part. A side brush that tried to eat a slipper. Now I think it breaking is my fault. I got a warning that the brush was tangled (have gotten a similar warning because it tried to eat a phone chord), and I tried to remotely fix the tangle. I directed the machine via Bluetooth back and forth attempting to free the slipper. Eventually, it got free and I was grateful, but upon further inspection, the side brush had snapped off and was lodged in the slipper. Had I undone it manually, I probably could have saved the brush. But luckily it came with a spare one so all is good. As an update for cleanliness, it is doing great! Every run it comes back pretty full. Surprising to think my house was this dirty. Still very happy with the purchase. EDIT: ONE MONTH LATER Sad to say, another side brush has broken. This time due to it being used. I assume the brush feet snap off when its transiting from hardwood to rug. I noticed some of the brushes were falling off before hand, because it was sucking them back up. But finally it lost all of its brushes and has made it useless. Onto the last spare that was provided. If there was a better, sturdier side brush, I will definitely look into buying it. I'm afraid the stock brushes are too fragile. Cleanliness wise, it is still doing great. I've ran it just about twice everyday, and the house is very clean, even with the dogs, cat, and guests. A worth while purchase. Recommending to my coworkers and friends already, and would recommend it to you.

Pretty Neat-O!!
11S Max Review First and foremost, when you're reading these reviews you will want pay attention to which vacuum they bought so that you know the reviews are about the one you're interested in. There are 3 or 4 different vacuums being reviewed on this same thread. Update 6\6\25: I noticed today why it tells you you should have six feet open space directly in front of the charging port: when the vacuum is returning home, she will go so many feet out away from the port so that she can turn around and line up to get on the charging nodes. In reality, I don't think she needs more than 4 ft... But there may be issues with her being able to turn around if there's anything blocking her. 6 ft is a lot of space, so you might be able to get away with 4 to 5, depending on your setup. Otherwise, you would have to use the remote to manually return her to the station, or pick her up and put her on the charger yourself. Not having the space is not a deal-breaker, it just means you will less of the "auto" features. Today I did let her run until her battery got low and she maneuvered herself back to the charger without any assistance. I also want to say she is doing a pretty job at cleaning. I'm used to having to sweep and then mop the floors... But after letting her run through the whole apartment for 2 days, when I'm up today it was such a nice smooth process. I didn't get a bunch of debris and hair and other things clogged in the mop (which we all know can cause problems like scratching on your floors). This little vacuum is a blessing! If I'm not mistaken I believe her paperwork said that she uses about 40 watts of energy... Like a light bulb... when charging. I would think that that means that her energy usage, while charging, is equivalent to leaving a lamp on. Original Review: I literally just got this vacuum this morning and only did a test run for about 20 minutes. A big reason why I didn't let it go all over the apartment is because I'm still in the process of moving and I have packaging everywhere on the floors, creating too many obstacles. With that being said, so far so good. I just let her run around in "Auto Mode" and she worked great. Yes, my robot vacuum is a "she." I named her Suki, as she "Suki a lot of dirt." Plus Suki is a name for "loved one," and I love her already!! I swore up and down I was never going to be one of those people who have one of these... and here we are. And I probably never would have if I had not stayed with my sister and her husband for several months when I first moved to a new State. They have one and I really noticed how much a difference it makes and keeping up with pet hair and everything else. What seemed like really haphazard navigation ended up being a lot more mapped out than it first appeared. While it look like she was just going in random directions with no uniform, I did start to notice that she was not going over the exact same path upon return. So, somehow, it's working to where I can tell the machine is covering everywhere. It definitely appears to be mapping while it's in use, but I know it does not store mapping. That's a big part of the need for Wi-Fi with other robot vacuums. I did notice that a couple people were complaining in the reviews about her constantly vacuuming just the edges by the wall... This is probably because they didn't realize that she was in that mode. Because you can literally make it so that she focuses only on the borders. There's quite a few nifty features that you can program the vacuum to do... And it even has a scheduling option so that you can schedule the vacuum to go off at whatever time you want (as well as a way to cancel the schedules if things change). Overall, pretty nifty. It does what I need it to do, and that's all that matters to me. I don't need a bunch of fancy features. My apartment is just under 800 square feet; therefore, I don't need it to do special mapping to try to remember where it left off after a charge. It's pretty much going to get the whole place on one charge. One MAJOR reason why I selected this, (outside of the lower cost) is because it does NOT require an app or Wi-Fi connection (in fact you absolutely cannot connect this particular vacuum to an app or Wi-Fi, so if that is what you're looking for this is not the vacuum for you). Sure, with an app you can do things like trigger her to start running before you even get home from work... But, quite honestly, that doesn't even matter to me. Because, if I learned anything from watching my sister and her husband's pricier, self emptying robot vacuum? It's that these things are constantly getting themselves into trouble and you need to be there to rescue them, anyway (which is a total drain on their battery if you aren't there to save them). So, there's no reason why I would need the robot vacuum to run while I'm not home. On a side note... I found it quite hilarious that the instructions say that you should not place her near the stairs or a cliff. And I was scratching my head wondering how many people with fortresses were buying these things. 😂😂😂 And speaking of running... Very quiet. I would have to say that my stand up floor fan is way louder than this thing. The AC unit is louder than this thing. I would assume that some of that has to do with the fact that the suction is not superior in this thing, as it's only at 2000 (really pricey robot vacuums are around 4,000). However, I have laminate floors (fake wood flooring in a linoleum-type flooring) and the throw rug in my living room is one of those very low profile new kind that are washable, which is comparable to a thick blanket. Speaking of the area rug... This thing had no problem going up and over and onto it regardless what angle she approached the rug. Sometimes she came onto the carpet straight on and other times she came up on to the carpet at an angle. And she didn't even blink an eye! As stated before, I only took her for a test run and she picked up so much "tuck" in that short timeframe. I was thrilled that she even got all the little itty bitty popcorn pieces from all the styrofoam my furniture and other items were delivered in. It's like no matter how careful you are taking things out of the boxes those little tiny popcorn pieces get everywhere and they are so impossible to sweep up. Keep in mind I had, just the night before, swept and mopped most of the area that she ran over today in her test run and there was still that much stuff in her canister The canister is very easy to remove. You don't have to flip her upside down or anything. You just push down on the little release button with your thumb and pop it out. That is also where you will find a filter that you can clean out. Read the manual that comes with it throughout. It's very helpful on how to keep her clean or else she won't work properly. I love the remote. She got stuck trying to go over packaging from my couches that was on the floor. When she didn't get the clue that she needed to back up and try something else, I just held down the down button for backwards and she totally backed up like a remote control car. I just pushed the right arrow button and she turned in that direction and I let it go and she took off. That was so awesome! When I felt that I had seen enough I decided to go ahead and use the remote to return her back to her charging station. She immediately responded (didn't seem to want to respond to the remote commands when she was in another room, though). Once you push the button to send her home to charge, she will start moving slower. I think this is just the devices way of being very accurate in homing in on her docking station so that she can properly align for a proper charge. And speaking of our proper charge when I first unpackaged her I had to put her on the charger to charge her fully as it is recommended in the instructions before use. And I noticed at some point the orange light wasn't flashing which is what tells you she's charging. So I just hit the auto button as if I was going to send her out to suck up my dirt... And after she got a couple feet away from the dock I just hit the return button on the remote so that she could get on the dock properly. Work like a charm... didn't have any issues with the charging stopping at that point. So I really can't comment on longevity for the battery or parts. But I will say it would be wise to purchase spare brushes and filters for down the road just so that you have them when you need them. Because these things do wear down with use. The more you use it the quicker it's going to wear down. Just a heads up. But these are not a "one-time purchase and forget about it," just like most bagless vacuums require maintenance and upkeep. There was some damage to the box that it came in.... Not sure if it matters or not. If anything changes I will try to remember to come back and update this review. I did purchase an extra 2-year warranty just to be on the safe side.

Huge Upgrade from My Shark Matrix Plus
I recently replaced my Shark Matrix Plus with the Eufy C28 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, and the difference has been impressive. My home is about 1,400 square feet with mostly hardwood floors, one carpeted bedroom, a few area rugs, and two Boston Terriers. The C28 mapped the home quickly and navigates much more efficiently than my previous robot. The biggest improvement is the mopping system. The HydroJet self-cleaning roller actually scrubs the floor instead of just dragging a damp pad around. After the first cleaning cycle, the dirty water tank was shockingly dirty, which showed me how much grime it was actually removing from floors that already looked clean. The suction power is excellent. It picks up dog hair, dust, and debris much better than my old Shark, especially along edges and in corners. I also appreciate the self-emptying, self-refilling, and automatic mop washing features. It requires very little attention beyond emptying the dirty water tank and refilling clean water. Another pleasant surprise is how quiet and efficient it is. My dogs quickly got used to it, and it transitions well between hardwood floors, rugs, and carpet. After just a few days of use, my floors have never looked cleaner. If you're considering an upgrade from an older robot vacuum and mop, the Eufy C28 is absolutely worth a look.

We love our Eufy!
Just received our 15C Max yesterday. We only had to attached the side brushes, remove some packaging, and she was ready to run out of the box - charged and ready to go. No one in my house likes to vacuum (well, who likes to, really? But I mean, we basically only vacuumed when it got really bad or we were expecting company). On top of that, we have a German shepherd who sheds CONSTANTLY. So, let's just say that anything would have been an improvement. Even so, we had high hopes for this little gal. (We named her Effie). So, we set Effie loose, fully expecting we would have to empty the dustbin every 10 minutes or so while she got the worst of the pet hair up (And we did). We also knew we would need to run her pretty much continuously (between charges) for a few days, to make up for lost time. It has now been 24 hours, and we have run her through a handful of cycles, dutifully emptying the dustbin when needed. But, as expected, the floors are looking MUCH MUCH cleaner, and we are emptying the bin less frequently. Already a 200% improvement. Effie is GREAT with hardwood floors, but only PRETTY GOOD on the area carpets (even in "Max" mode). She excels at getting up the loose stuff, but can't quite swallow BIG tufts of hair or suck up the hairs more "embedded" in the area carpets. But, this was not a surprise to us - after reading TONS of reviews of all the different robovacs out there, the consensus seems to be that none of them can compete with an upright for deep cleaning. (If that is what you expect, you WILL be disappointed). As for us, I will be ecstatic to have Effie vacuum daily. If she can get the "loose stuff" up on a regular basis, hopefully, it will reduce the need for me to get my Hoover out for a deep cleaning.....And, no more "panic vacuuming" before guests arrive.... For now, we are still working our way back to a "baseline" of cleanliness, but once there, I fully expect we will only need to run Effie once a day with only one or two "cleanouts" required per sweep. (We are currently running her around our first floor area, which includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, probably around 1200sf). Overall we are pleased as punch. Especially for the price we paid (<$250). And, WOW is she good at getting into tight spaces and corners, such as under the coffee table, behind the sofa, even under our freestanding gas Vermont casting stove (no it is NOT running!). Even when there is debris she can't suck up (like a pistacchio shell or a paper receipt), she is great at sweeping it out from wherever it was hiding - sort of dragging it along - and bringing it out into the open where we CAN get at it. Finally, you do have to watch her around cables - or tie them up (and Eufy includes a few cable-ties to get you started, which is very thoughtful of them). Twice already we noticed Effie had "lost" a side brush during her sweep. Both times, the whisker brush had become trapped under a cable and "broke free" when she must have backed up/changed direction. No harm done - it appears designed to come off without breaking when this happens. But...it DID take us a few minutes to figure out WHERE the brush was so we could stick it back on....so be forewarned. Still, she herself has yet to get stuck and yell for help. Not bad, considering the layout and furniture she has to navigate in our house. If you download the app, she will send messages when help is needed ("the bumper is stuck. Please clear it," or "The brush needs to be cleaned" - things like that). You can also use the app or the remote to switch between the various cleaning modes (standard, iBoost, and Max). But only the app allows you to schedule daily cleaning times. (Also fun: you can use the remote to "drive" her around :-) Since we did have SO much pet hair lying around, I did take the wheel a bit to make sure she paid attention to the worst areas....) We also tried the "spot clean" mode to ensure she spent time in the main kitchen area. (Worked great). Bottom line: If you are looking for a robovac to do the daily vacuuming for you and keep your house presentable, you can't go wrong with this unit. If you want a vacuum that will deep clean, however, stick with an upright. Or, as we do, use the Eufy to clean on a daily basis and bring out the Hoover only when necessary. If you have a pet that sheds a lot, as we do, don't bother with the "self-emptying" versions as these do not clean the hair from the brush. You have to do it manually, about once a day.

Strong mopping performance at a competitive price
The eufy C28 is a capable robot vacuum and mop that uses LiDAR for navigation alongside an obstacle avoidance sensor. It reliably detects most objects in its path, though it struggles with USB cables, which can get tangled in the roller brush. With 15,000 Pa of suction, the C28 handles hard floors, low-pile carpets, and rugs well. Its side brushes do a decent job cleaning along baseboards, though their limited reach means debris tucked into corners may get left behind. Mopping is arguably where the C28 excels. A continuously-rinsed roller mop applies fresh water to the floor while channeling dirty water into a dedicated internal tank — keeping contaminants from spreading across your floors and leaving surfaces noticeably clean. The one caveat is that the roller mop doesn't extend fully to the edge, leaving a roughly one-inch strip along baseboards unmopped. Once a cleaning cycle is complete, the C28 docks automatically to empty the dustbin and dirty water tank, then washes and warm-air dries the roller mop — a thorough self-maintenance routine that requires minimal user intervention. Overall, the eufy C28 punches above its weight for vacuuming and mopping at its price point.

power for suction and mopping efficiency.
Well we originally was told about this device from my sister. We never owned one before but know many people that owned one. This unit does mopping and vacuuming. It worked wonderfully learning with each pass or total cleaning. we could purchase a separate docking station for the downstairs but we ended up purchasing a second. Which all connects to the same account on one phone. The floors look great and we have it programmed to clean twice a week. I have family with young children and pets and they do there's once a day. I highly recommend , simple to use, cleans well with cleaning solution or just water. Reasonable price for what you get. Strongly recommend if your in the market.

Love my super clean home. Thanks to eufy.
Amazingly clean floor. Maid or any himan cant do such a powerful cleaning. Wish they had mopping function too included in the same. Robo with mopping and brooming both are very costly so i opted for this one. Loved it. No hassel cleaning, juta need to take care of long hairs etc. Ut tangels the brushes. Hppy with extra brush, batter for remote and eztra filters provided by eufy. They are increasing price and usually not available due to covid pandemic. Bought a little early so got it.

MARAVILLA

Update, May 15, 2024: Today the new battery lasted 100 minutes. Update, May 8, 2024: I sent an email to the manufacturer explaining the battery situation and they sent me a new battery under warranty. Very poor manual because of very small illustrations which are not the same as on the robot, plus does not explain how to delete a setting. A fairly good robot though, cleans well but tends to remain in larger rooms, it starts in the living room of 1,500 sq.' apartment, manages to find the bedroom, but once it exits the bedroom it does not go back to finish the bedroom and washroom. My fix for this is to put it in the bedroom and close the door and let it run until it finishes the bedroom, then take it to the living room. It does not clean near the charging station. Very quiet, bumps very gently. When it is working beside you, you can still hold a conversation. It is very easy to clean the waste bin, roller, wheels and filter. I clean it and wipe off the machine each time I use it, which is twice a month. I find this vacuum very easy to use and clean. It usually runs for about 1.5 hours, then recharges. For $200.00 Canadian it is an okay value. It does not have the headaches and problems associated with programming using cell phones. I understand why manufacturers went that route, but it isn't good. TIPS: do one room at a time. The reason is that the robot learns the room and wastes less time learning multiple rooms. Give it plenty of time to fully recharge between uses. CLEAN IT, CLEAN IT, CLEAN IT after each use - remember to do the wheels, they pop out so easily.

Best Robo-Bai! (Doesn't take unannounced leaves :P )
The robot thoroughly sucks up the tiniest dust particles, which makes mopping post that super easy! I use it twice/thrice a week based on how much dusty the floors are. 30 mins in hall and 10 mins per bedroom is usually sufficient. The various modes are also very useful. Tip - clean the robot dust panel, rotating brush etc at least once each week. It is very easy to clean and would ensure that your robo is more effective.
