I bought these walkie-talkies for my grandkids under 10. They had a blast playing with them all night, adding a new twist to "hide and seek." Even the adults joined in, assigning themselves handles.The design is good for little hands, and they're simple to use.Great durability.Batteries are not included; each needs 4 AAA.Bright, fun (primary) colors.Overall, great fun for everyone.Recommended!

I got this set of 3 walkie talkies for my niece's 8th birthday. They work fine, and she and her sister have been having a lot of fun with them. It seems to have a good range, but I don't know if it's been tested at farther distances yet. Each unit takes 4 batteries, but there is a sleep function which is supposed automatically start when a unit is not in active use after a certain number of minutes, in order to use less battery, while still able to receive signals. I don't know how they've been for battery length yet. I am happy with this purchase.One side note: I was confused by two buttons which are on the walkie talkie. They are shown in the diagram in the enclosed instruction paper, but not labeled, and no description was given for their function. It doesn't seem to affect the use of the walkie talkies in any way, but I am just curious to know what these buttons are for.

I gifted this to my 6 year old niece who wanted walkie talkies with her friends. For the price these are great quality. You can hear well and the range is pretty good. My niece was able to give one to her friend a few houses down her neighborhood and they worked.Great entertainment for kids!

My toddler wanted a walker talkie like daddy, so we got her these. We live on a 5 acre property and they reach all over it! My 2 1/2 year old loves them . Worth the buy!

I purchased 2 sets of these for our family to communicate between our properties. Each Grandchild received one and their parents, and us grandparents. They work great and the range is great. Works all around our combined 10 acres and from inside our houses. Our grandchildren can reach us by the walkie-talkie instead of using a cell phone. Our oldest grandchild is 4 and she loves it. All six work great Batteries are not included so buy batteries with your purchase and enjoy.

The walk-talkie doesn’t work at all. I use Duracell batteries on everything I get for my girls which requires batteries. The first time at age 6 and 4 I felt it was time to get them a real decent hand held walkie-talkie. What a mistake I made with this CRAP! Yes they’re small, yes they’re light weight and yes that’s what you want. “ Now only if they actually worked would’ve been great”. Bottom line, one works the other two don’t. Channels, bands, whatever you want to call it was changed and done. Batteries are beyond new. Didn’t matter. “ Only one works! I’m not going to ask for my money back because you know what you do! It’s a learning experience for sure. My reviews are usually spot on if you check them. Haven’t reviewed in a bit but now I’m back in the game. Will be looking for some better walkie-talkies for my girls. They deserve that much. They played with it for about two days and then came to me and said “they don’t work anymore Daddy”. Broke my heart! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Like I said, it’s a learning experience.
