This is the ONLY B complex I can tolerate. Have been using them for years. They are odorless! I can tell they are working as I sometimes break out in a niacin flush after taking them. Best B complex out there.

I've been taking these for some time, purchased other places and here on Amazon. This is a great potency B-vitamins product for a great price. If you look at the label amounts you will see that.I like that it has methylcobalamin (B12) versus cyanocobalamin (B12). Better assimilated I believe but that way no cyanide...This seems to digest well without the 'vitamin burp-up" feeling of others. It is a great way to get these B-vitamins if you can't eat enough veggies, etc. with B. I take it in addition to the daily MVI. Definitely recommended.

I was trying to find a vitamin B complex that didn’t stink! Many people wrote about these said that they did not smell and I am telling you they stink like any old regular vitamin. They’re awful. Do not put them with your regular meds!! Plug your nose if you have to take them! God awful smell and they still upset my stomach!!!
