Taste and value match expectations.
I've been consuming Chia seeds for years, but I only ever bought smaller bags from the supermarket. This last restock I decided to pull the trigger on a bulk product since I've been eating them every day as of late; I feel like this product has good value for the money, and the seeds... well I wouldn't say Chia seeds have much of a flavor necessarily, but I did notice a the hint of a slightly fresher and nuttier taste to these than the bag I had run down from the store (those had probably sat too long).

Great for reducing inflammation
I heard about the benefits of using chia seeds and their powerful ability to reduce inflammation in your body. I use an old pickle jar, add 4 TBS of chia seed, fill with water then refrigerate. This gives the seeds time to release their benefits. Every morning I mix some in my shake and I honestly feel the difference. I’m not as sore as before. It takes about 2 weeks using it every day to begin to notice the reduction of inflammation in your joints. The container is 100% natural, very sturdy, it’s sealed full of beneficial nutrients. The shape of the container makes it very functional as it can fit in small places. One container lasts a long time.

Terrible packaging
Very happy with the Chia seeds, not happy at all the way Amazon sent it. Instead of putting it in a box, they put it in a bag and all four corners of the container were crushed…. luckily nothing leaked out this time.

No Fuss, Just Works
I’ve been using these chia seeds for a while now and they’re a solid pantry staple. Great quality—clean, no weird taste, and they gel up perfectly in overnight oats or chia pudding. They stay fresh in the resealable bag and last forever. I also toss them into smoothies or sprinkle them over yogurt for extra fiber. Nothing fancy, just reliable and good for you.

Great for chia pudding
I love the texture and taste of these. I had no idea prior to buying this brand that chia seeds actually have different texture and taste. I thought they were all the same. Boy, was I wrong. These have a great flavor and texture. I make chia pudding with them and use them in smoothies.

Perfect addition to my Oatmeal!
I definitely would purchase this again. I decided to put these in my oatmeal. The 1st time I did it, I cooked the oatmeal and when it was done, I put a tablespoon of seeds in stirred good and ate it. The seeds were still grainy and hard. The next time I did 2 tablespoons after oatmeal cooked and then put the bowl back in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Well, needless to say OK but not perfect. Finally the third time is the charm. Soaked 2 tablespoons in water for about 10 minutes or so. Cooked the oatmeal and then after the oatmeal was cooked, put in the chia seeds. Perfect! Oh, forgot to mention I put a splash of oat milk and monk fruit for sweetness. Now I must say, don’t overdo on the seeds. They work as a laxative but too many leave you bloated. I eat them in the morning because I work remotely. If you are in an office environment, I don’t recommend them early in the morning. Maybe incorporate them into a smoothie or salad. And that’s my 2 cents:-)
