Pro Ice Back Ice Wrap Lumbar Support for Lower Back Pain Relief, Pinched Nerves, Sciatica - Ice Packs Included (Medium)

Takes up a lot of back space but the icing section is rather small. They could stand to make this belt a little more "petite" I guess. It's like having a big Ford F150 with a 4 cylinder engine. Just doesn't make sense to have all that material & dinky ice area. I understand it should be concentrated not he effected area but your hips make the belt ride up so it doesn't technically get the true "lower lumbar". It hits more in-between the lower & mid back. Sort of a "no mans land" area.

They are VERY cold and stay cold a long time. So cold, I can't wear them directly against my skin. But they are big, bulky, and not very flexible. I can't drive with them on to wear going home after workouts, but great for use once I get home and can sit still awhile. I have to pull the top elastic band pretty tight or they slip down if I try to walk at all. I was hoping for a compression sleeve style cold pack that I could wear under sweat pants immediately after workouts until I got home.

I know I need to take care of my knees and should be icing regularly. I play roller derby, but was a figure skater when I was younger and have recurring issues with them. I want to keep them in shape to keep skating, so it is important for me to ice. But I was never taking care of this because it was such a pain to hold the ice on. The Pro Ice wrap makes it super easy. I think it's great you can get refill ice even though I haven't needed it yet. I shopped around the internet and ended up purchasing on Amazon for the best price.

Many of the mini ice packs broke, their gel leaked out and then the Velcro stopped staying attached so it was all but useless. Tried to get a replacement or my money back but was unable to do so. Ended up making my own using a back support and disposable freezer pack that works much better. Wouldn't buy again or recommend.

Great product for anything below the waistline limbs and waist. I would definitely get this again! It's really convenient if you have a sore back leg or arm (even shoulder) as this wrap is big and can reduce inflammation where it counts.. Compression would be a little better if they would make the straps bigger, but overall a great product!

These is my second purchase of the wrap. It works great. Covers all areas of the back, fits all size bodies and stays in place. You can also use it on other injured body parts, but for pack pain, this is a lifesaver. Very well made and well thought out product.

Fits my lower back perfectly, keeping the ice against muscles as needed. Always had trouble icing this area because I could not keep the ice on the curve of my back. The individual ice compartments conform to that curve, keeping contact and they stay cold/frozen for a long time.

I have a horrible knee that the pain from will actually keep me up at night. this product is very efficient and allows me to get relief from my pain. Also very easy to use
