BRAECN iPad mini 5 Case, iPad mini 4 Case - Black

I’m really impressed with this tablet case — it strikes a great balance between strong protection and everyday functionality. Designed specifically for the iPad A16 11th Generation or 10th Generation 10.9″ model, it fits snugly and securely without feeling bulky or awkward to hold. One of the standout features is the 360° rotating ring stand and multi-angle kickstand, which makes watching videos, reading, or typing so much more comfortable. You can use it in landscape or portrait mode, and it stays stable on desks or laps.

The stand eventually broke after a couple of years of use, so it's a very good case otherwise!

This review is based on a one month usage, so far. My daughter uses an iPad mini to communicate - she has oral and verbal Apraxia. We’ve used other cases from vendors that are geared towards the disability community. They cost around $90+ dollars supposedly have a speaker “amplification”and fall apart within a year; the neck strap is garbage. I was skeptical to purchase this BRAECN case, but at the price, why not? I also purchased the screen protector that Amazon suggested. WE ARE THRILLED with this case! It’s sturdy, sleek, and easy to carry either by hand or the neck strap. It does not lay flat on its back (due to the hand strap). I can hear the speakers better than I did the old case that supposedly “amplified” the sound. The only small con I have is it’s a bit confusing to put together (even with instructions). We finally figured it out (by zooming in on the pics displayed in Amazon). We will be purchasing more colors. :-)

I had this manufacture’s case for 4 years for my Android tablet. When I changed to an iPad I wanted the same case. I like the strap so you can hang this from the drivers seat in a vehicle or carry this around. I like the handle as it makes it easy to hold the tablet when taking notes, watching a movie, etc. What I don’t like is the screen protector affixed to the the frame. It allows dust to eventually make its way in. I see many reviews complaining the case did not come with a screen protector so I understand why one is manufactured on the frame but the experience is waaaay better if you just use a 9H glass screen protector and this case. This is a five star case but I had to deduct a star for the plastic screen protector. Buy one, slice off the plastic protector, add a 9H glass screen protector, and you will be all set.

I use my case for work - it hangs around my neck as I crawl up and down heavy machinery all day doing inspections. The first one lasted me nearly 2 years of abuse before the strap tore through the corner hole. The second one has lasted me around 6 months before the outer shell broke and the strap has started to pull through again. Still a great deal and haven’t found anything compatible to it. To those complaining about the little blue “pen” that comes with it - that is NOT meant to be a stylus pen. It is a little tool to unclip the case to take it apart. It does not come with a stylus pen.

Love these cases! They are the ONLY case I will buy for my iPads. We have four and each one has this case and love them! My family liked them so much I ordered for them also. I will not buy another case for any of my iPads accept this one! Easy to hold with the hand strap. Stand is great for setting on the counter to follow a recipe or watch a show or work on photos in photoshop. Holder for my Apple Pencil works great IF I did not have a cover for my pencil, but I do and I like the cover so I am ok with it not being in the holder. I do not use the “shoulder or carry strap.” But other family members do and they say they like it. It covers my iPad perfectly. I only use the ballistic glass covers on my devices. And they fit fine with this case. Use the little blue tool they send with it to take the case off. It helps a lot! Highly recommend!

The case is solid and will probably protect well. I do not like the handle and leg on the back. It is placed dead center and is awkward to hold. The leg, being in the center, also caused the iPad to sit lower than I would like. If placed closer to the bottom, it would be easier to hold and it would sit more upright on the leg, making it easier to view.

Fit parfaitement. Robuste et très versatile.
