I was really excited to use these but the actual blades aren’t long enough or thin enough. I couldn’t cut my little toe the blades were too thick. Not easy to do left handed either

The scissors are very well made, but I personally found the blades to be quite thick and not so easy to use. Not ideal for me, but they are a good scissor and will suit a lot of people I'm sure.

They are advertised as nail scissors but are way to fat I’m unable to cut my toe nails with them at all

It was a wonderful relief to be able to reach my toenails with ease, using these nail scissors. I have now bought another pair for my husband, who has a fungal infection (and, out of lockdoen, goes for professional treatment) in his toenails, so that I can avoid catching it myself. The longer handle gives excellent leverage and they are effective in cutting toughened nails and even removing the fungus itself. Obviously, one has to be careful because one could conceivably cut one's flesh, but I have had no problem. I do leave my nails a fraction longer, to be on the safe side. They come with a guard for the business end, too. I thought they were slightly overpriced, and one thing I have learnt is that, if a company has its own website, it can be cheaper too buy from that, because of course Amazon takes its cut (no pun intended!) of the price. I haven't looked to see if that is the case here. However, I am glad to have found them because they have solved an increasing problem for us - that of having to bend far enough to reach our toes and then saw through thickened nails with conventional scissors. Glad I bought them.

Of no use to me, the cutting edges are too thick to get under the toenails. Would probably work if the nails were over an inch too long....
