Jørn Utzon: Drawings and Buildings Hardcover – December 3, 2013

This is a beautiful book. I love the quality of the paper (not glossy) and the great variety of content, both illustrative and written. It is clearly a labor of love by an author doing justice to an architect I previously considered only from a distance. This book changed that.

It's is not a bad book, but some kind of disappointing... Sydney Opera (wich is the most important work of Utzon in all his carrer, by far) it is just treated slightly. But still is not a bad introduction, at a quite high price.

Un gran bel libro pieno di disegni originali. Segue un filo narrativo insolito per una monografia (non è suddiviso per progetti ma per tematiche), ma anche questo aspetto lo rende molto interessante. Una piacevole scoperta
