WWE Ultimate Superstar Guide

Purchased this gem for my nephew and he adores it. The pictures are fantastic and the nuggets of facts are entertaining and informative. I am actually surprised at how many entries were included, as I couldn't think of very many people who were left out. They really went above and beyond to include as many superstars, divas, and other personalities from past and present as possible. A few quick notes: 1. No, Benoit is not included. You know people are going to ask. 2. It is in alphabetical order. 3. A legend at the beginning nicely explains the icons that appears. For example, the legend shows a distinction between the different titles and accolades (such as winning the Royal Rumble). It is helpful when you land on a superstar such as Edge who has many icons under his name. Awesome idea. 4. Very nice inclusion of NXT. All in all, I wouldn't be surprised if even older fans enjoyed this book but it will definitely put a smile on a youngster's face.

Bought this for a friend as a gift. He loves it.

My son is a huge WWE fan, so I thought I would surprise him with this book for his 8th birthday. It was a hit not only with the kids, but the adults too. It has all of the older wrestlers and new ones included. The graphics inside are just like the cover. Each page a wrestler has a real graphic and comic graphic of them. It displays a short biography and includes height, weight, hometown and signature move.

This book is amazing, but as a huge fan of his, the fact that they left out Brutus Beefcake is a massive disappointment for me. Otherwise I’d have given it a 5.

This book is all about the awesome comic book style drawings of the WWE Superstars and Divas. Each page is simply a profile of a particular wrestler with some basic info and a few paragraphs about them. Not a lot of text content, but the artwork is fantastic and included many more Legends than I expected (which is a good thing.) Also had a lot of NXT wrestlers I had never heard of.

OMG!!! This book is freakin' great! The illustrations are amazing and you can find almost any Superstar, Diva, or WWE personality you can think of. I bought this for my 5-yr-old son but my husband (a WWE enthusiast) was asking me why I didn't order him one too! If you love WWE, this is a must-have for your collection. Get this, you won't be disappointed!

My 7 and 8 year old sons love this book. I would say it’s easily worth it for any wrestling fan/collector. It’s just a really well done book with some fantastic illustrations and information. My kids have fun reading this. Highly recommend it, it’s a superb book even for kids.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It's a good book. We are huge fans and like the encyclopedia we weren't impressed with comic style.

Le dessinateur de comics Darren "Daz" Tibbles a fait du beau boulot pour illustrer les stars de la WWE dans un style "comic book" qui leur donne des allures de super héros. Les poses sont dynamiques et les catcheurs parfaitement reconnaissables. Ca me rappelle le style visuel de l'excellent jeu-vidéo "WWE All Stars". Les textes accompagnatifs (en anglais) ne sont pas dénués d'intérêt (brêve bio du personnage, anecdotes), et les différents accomplissements de chaque catcheur sont listés (ceintures, vainqueur du Royal Rumble, main-event à Wrestlemania ... etc ...) Le nombre de catcheurs présent est impressionant. On déplorera l'absence de CM Punk, de Kevin Owens (surement arrivé trop tard au moment de la publication du livre) et de quelques légendes ou autres figures majeures de la fédération hélas signées par la concurrence au moment de la publication du livre (Kurt Angle, les Hardys, les Dudleys ...), sans parler de Chris Benoit évidemment, mais en plus du roster complet de la WWE, on trouve tous les gars de NXT (par exemple Hideo Hitami et Finn Baylor, et leurs bios parlent de leurs accomplissements avant la WWE), ainsi que les commentateurs, managers ... etc ... Un livre très sympa, surtout pour le prix.

Tenía muchas ganas de tenerlo, porque me encanta la WWE. Está genial, y los dibujos son muy chulos, además de tener una información muy completa y un inglés muy asequible. Muy disfrutable tanto para niños como para adultos.

I have really enjoyed reading the information on all of the superstar wrestlers. The information is very useful and a lot of the information I did not know, including even the belts that they had won. Very good book. Thank You.
