Works as well as Mucinex, Afrin, and Sinex (at least!). I have used Mucinex for YEARS and Amazon Basic Care No Drip spray is outstanding. It has the same active ingredient as ALL of the other brands YET is about HALF the price! I just ordered more of this product and now have it on subscribe and save. I only regret that I didn't find this product untiljust a few days ago.

Used that "other" brand for years but they switched the containers to something wretched and unusable and even changed something in the ingredients to where they don't work as well as they did before the change. THIS IS SOOOOO MUCH BETTER! THIS IS SOOOOO MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE! I'm honestly kind of kicking myself for not trying this ages ago - the menthol scent is very effective and helps and I stay clear and breathing much longer and is true to the package. I'm honestly really super impressed - would never have thought it would have worked as well as, (let alone better than) the name brand!! This is the absolute best way to have been proven wrong lol. Same main ingredients as brand names but much better supporting ingredients. Some folks think that the "inactive" ones don't matter, but they really do. This is top notch and I'm breathing much better nowadays.

Works well and cheaper than brand name

First off - I just want to say I didnt fully read the description. I was barely alive when I ordered this out of sheer desperation to unclog my stupid sick head. The menthol was a.... shock. I took the first puff of this fully unprepared- so I went hard. I snorted this as hard as I could. OH MY SWEET GLORY GLORY - I do not recommend that plan of attack on your sinuses. It was like having icy hot in aerosol form maced behind my eyeballs. I did not expect the frozen burning so I choked, which made it go in my mouth and down my throat. I panicked but all I could do was cough, gag, and scare my poor dog and children. Everyone had this wide eyed horror as I fought the urge to claw my cheeks off my face while this burned away my nasal passages. Once I recovered from the lovely ice and fire face punch combo, I went ahead and did the other side because I can't stand leaving things half way done. Anyways, this chemical assault on the sinuses works pretty good if you survive the first 30 seconds after spraying.

This stuff really does the job -- my sinuses clear out fast and the no-drip sprayer works great. Fantastic value at this price too. My one gripe is the cap, which is more of a production to open than it needs to be -- but I get it, that's just the world we live in now. Minor annoyance, great product.

Spring, summer and a lot of winter I have allergy nasal issues. It’s been every year like that for a long time. I like this spray. It has a very menthol initial hit and that’s great. It keeps my nasal passages clear and irritant free and it’s a fraction of the cost of other brand names. My one gripe is the cap. It’s frustrating to open, so I leave it ajar. I photographed it with a cotton swab for scale. All in all A +
