Major Infants' Gas Relief Drops - 1 oz

My friend gave me a bottle of Little Remedies gas drops and after using it up I started looking for a cheaper alternative. These gas drops have the same ingredients and seem to work just as well for my newborn (and it looks like she enjoys the taste of them). I bought the 6 pack and have been very happy with the results. It's so nice to be able to keep a bottle in the diaper bag, our house and both grandparent's homes!My only complaint is that it's hard to see the dosage markings (printed in white) and the actual amount in the dropper. The liquid is sort of opaque and coats the outside of the dropper, making it pretty hard to see the level in a dimly lit room. However, I don't think this minor issue is unique to this product, and because you can give up to 12 doses a day (we've never come close to that), it's no big deal if the dosage is a bit off anyhow. I would order this product again in a heartbeat!

If you have a newborn with a fussy tummy, this is whats up. Gas drops at the regular store are 3-7 dollars a bottle. A bottle! When my little was born, she was immediately breastfed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to keep up with her despite the hardest work, my body took childbirth a little harder than most and i just couldn't produce. Enter formula. We started supplementing, but she had the worst gas I've ever seen. She was upset and obviously full of painful bubbles, but too little to know what to do with herself. Burping is necessary, of course, but sometimes it just isn't enough. So we started using gas drops = life saver. We actually got to a point where we put them in her bottle at night, and it makes a huge difference in my baby. These are a great deal for the price, and i love that we don't run out. Its kind of a big deal and I've got them on auto refill. If you're even reading this review, then you probably should too!

My 3 month old was /is very gassy causing him stomach discomfort, after talking to pediatrician she told me to try infant gas drops such as Mylocon but a generic brand would be fine. My son was a month old at the time so I wanted him to have the best. It worked but 1oz for $10 a bottle only lasted a week. I was hoping to catch a deal on Amazon and ran across these infant drops they work just fine at a fraction of the cost. Will purchase again.

I bought this for my colicky baby and is significantly less than name brand from the store. All are generic simethicone. This is dye free as well. Name brand would be more than double the cost. Did not actually taste.

Not only do these gas drops not have dye, but they don't have sucralose either. Little Remedies Tummys Gas Relief Drops say they are dye free, but the ingredients list sucralose. There's nothing natural about chlorinated sugar http://rense.com/general65/splend.htmMajor Infants' Gas Relive Drops contain the sugar alcohol maltitol as a sweetener. Maltitol isn't the greatest alternative. Maltitol is hydrogenated corn syrup https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maltitol . This doesn't sound great, but I haven't found anything negative about it other than, if you eat enough it can cause gas and have a laxative effect. I have not noticed any problems for my baby, and she loves the taste.I can't count how many times she was crying and fussing and was calmed in what appeared to be minutes by giving her these gas drops.I feel pretty safe giving my baby simethicone any time she appears to have tummy problems, since per http://toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/search2/f?./temp/~dRCJ9O:1 "simethicone is not absorbed orally."

I give this to my cat who suffers with tummy problems. It really helps relieve him of painful cramping. It is easy to give him, too.

This is a fantastic value, the 1/2 oz bottles are 7.99 and up locally, so getting 5 one ounce bottles for 21.00 and free prime shipping was a huge save!

I have no complaints the product came well packed and on time, I will buy from them every time I need to reorder for my disabled son. Keep up the good work!
