A Godsend
My mother has been severely anemic for the last year and a half. Oral iron was making her ill with the usual side effects. I found these and we thought we'd give them a try. Her hemoglobin before use was in the high 9's, low 10's - after a month, 12.6. The proof is in the numbers. Totally ordering more.

I prefer this over oral iron
I just cannot Absorb vitamins the way most people do, due to auto immune issues in my gut. These had been a life saver, helping me get my iron up.

Update: 3/9Initial review....will update 3/21
I am starting to use the multi-vitamin patch and the iron patch. My labs came back with very low iron ( >8) prior to starting to use these patches and I am currently at risk for an iron transfusion. My plan is to use both types of patches for 3 months and have my labs done again. I will provide an update in February or March 2021.

They Really Work
I was a skeptic but these definitely deliver. Liquids gave me an upset stomach on contact no matter how many tweaks I tried. Most pills, too, though some were less disappointing than others. I have a very sensitive system and usually only need fractions of what's considered a normal dose. I can easily cut the patches to the size I need. I did get an upset stomach at first when I was using a full patch every day (not on contact, but after a few days of the iron accumulating in my bloodstream). But once I cut them down to the right size (for me) the nausea disappeared completely and my energy levels are higher and more consistent than they've been in a long time. So happy I was open minded to trying these. As another reviewer put it- they have been a godsend.

Glad there is C but there should be nothing else
I love the concept as you don't need to worry about taking iron in relation to your last or next meal. I like that it avoids other iron side effects. I like that it has C for absorption. I don't mind that it has Folate and Astaxanthin. However, vitamin A is not welcome and will cause me to not reorder. Having a fat soluble vitamin in this messes everything up. Most / many already take a multi and most who buy this do so specifically for the iron. Adding A interferes with your multivitamin because you need to be careful about fat soluble vitamin intake. Further, there are different types of A - some great, some bad, and I'm not confident in what type this is. Having A in there is unnecessary and actually counterproductive.

These work
These iron patches are great! I have chronic anemia which I’ve had all my life. I recently had blood work done and my iron levels were well below the range. I already take an iron supplement and a multivitamin with iron but my doc told me I needed to take more. I started researching other ways to consume iron and I decided to try these. I’m so glad I did! I used a patch everyday for 3 weeks then went back for blood work and my iron level increased to right at the minimum of the range which is really good for me. The patches not only work, they don’t make me sick or mess with my digestive system. I initially has issues with them sticking but I started placing them on my upper shoulder on my back under my bra strap. These are well worth it. Highly recommend!

Used for the full month. Iron dropped even lower.

So far so good
I only put 3 stars on absorption because I am pending labs, but other than that I love how easy it is to use, there are no iron side effects, or taste. The patches stay where u put them so no worries about them pealing off.
