I really like the curls this wand creates. I have very long hair, and when I blow dry it and use this, it creates wave the is straight at the top, slight wave, and finishes with a slight curl at the bottom. Makes for really clean/tidy curls. I would NOT use this wand if I had short or medium length hair, as it would likely only create a slight wave and limited curl at the bottom. I found that for the shorter pieces at the front of my hair, this wasn't as effective and I used my 1.25" (32 mm) barrel on those pieces to make them curl the way I wanted them to.The wand itself gets nice & hot, which is helpful for making sure the curl holds its style throughout the day. It has an "auto" setting, but if you press and hold it, you can turn this off and control the temperature yourself.My only complaint is that the barrel itself is very short, much shorter than typical barrels I'm used to working with. This took some getting used to, but ultimately I prefer the width of this barrel to my 1.25" (32 mm) barrel.

I love the waves this curler produces. I didn't want tight curls or ringlets. This wand gives a nice beachy wave and is really quick to heat up. Think Margo Robbie's cool wave!I love that it comes with it's own little case and the glove protects me from the heat. Of course you cannot tightly grip a scorching hot wand for 5 seconds but it helps with the little accidentals of brushing up against it when wrapping your hair. I also use my gloved hand to slide the hair off the curler and hold it for 5 seconds before releasing. I barely feel the heat.Probably should have ordered the heat pad as well. I leave the kick stand open whilst curling because I'm constantly putting the wand down to grab new sections. I always have to position the wand with the stand facing the ceiling when i curl so i can avoid wrapping the hair around the stand and getting tangled.Overall it was a great purchase and ETA was slightly earlier. The only hold up was customs in Australia. It added an extra 2 days so really it only ended up being 1 day longer than original ETA given by Amazon.

Fab product - takes a bit of getting used to as I've never bothered with curling tong stylers before. You do need a styling spray to really hold the wave if your hair is fine and straight but once curled, they last a couple of days. Worth the investment.

I really like this wand, great for creating a boho style wave. Followed the youtube tutorial by cloud nine which was really helpful, you really need the heatproof glove provided with the wand to 'hold' the hair in place to cool slightly straight after sliding the wand off the hair. Wouldn't be great if you were after more of a tight curl to your hair, as the name suggests is definitely for waves. Love the ability to control the wand's heat setting.

Great curlers. I have quite thin hair and these work wonders on my hair to give it a natural wave. Marked down because of the quality of the glove which is like an exfoliating glove. Considering they are so expensive I would expect a silk type glove

My hair will not curl and hold with any type of curler but it does with this and lasts for 2 days. I would highly recommend this product!

The waving wand arrived quickly but I am struggling a little to get to grips with using them. My one crticism is that the wand gets extremely hot and could do with a cap on the end to prevent you from burning yourself as it is very easy to catch your neck with the very hot end.
