The arc itself is not heavy duty on this lighter.
I was trying to find an arc lighter that had a thicker larger arc for a specific purpose. The arc on this lighter is exactly the same as several other lighters I have purchased with a similar form factor. The only thing that makes this lighter "heavy duty" is the fact that the handle is thicker.

Works good
Love works perfect for candles but sadly nozzle is too short to start my bbq. I am giving it a 5 rating cause i bought it for candles.battery lasts long time between charges

It works fine. My only issue is that it is too wide to fit inside the lighter hole in the side of my barbeque.

Great bbq lighter.
Works great with propane bbq. Not as good to light the outdoor firepit. Need a sustained flame for that job.
