I trust all of Seachem products for my aquariums.
I have used Seachem Discus Buffer along with Seachem Neutral Regulator for 15 years. I would not even try to run an aquarium without these two products! The Neutral Regulator conditions the water, rids it of chloramine & ammonia, and buffers the pH to about 7.0. Used with Discus Buffer to bring and maintain the pH to 6.8 or lower, I never worry about pH shooting and killing my fish. This is great stuff! Thanks Seachem!

This is great for any discus fan trying to get lower Ph for discus.It's better then RO water.use it as directed and you can do more then 75 gallon a day.I currently still have more then enough on my 75 gallon planted tank.I change my water weekly and barely scratched the surface.I maintane my Ph around 6.4 and it stays stable until I do a water change.great product.

Works as intended.

Use slowly in an established tank!
If setting up a new tank you can follow directions or you can merely keep adding this until you get to the desired pH for what you wish to keep. However, if you're adjusting a stocked tank do not go over one top per 10 gallons or it will shock your fish and microbiology. I've caused plants to melt with this stuff. But the do come back as well.
