Very good.
Very good. Really helps with my back pain. It makes you sit straight and eliminates low back pain.

Works well for relief of sciatica pain
I confess that my first impression of this lumbar roll was that it was a lot of money for a chunk of foam. Regardless, I thought that it was worth giving it a try. After a couple of weeks strapped to my office chair, the improvement in my sciatica is quite remarkable. The roll is actually holding up quite well so far and really does provide just enough pressure on my low back to relieve the pressure on the nerve. What it does not do well is maintain a "D" shape. I don't think that this has any impact on the effectiveness but it is worth mentioning.

Great for the office, but poor design
3 1/2 stars is what I rate this thing, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them 4I think I can give a good review on this thing since I have been using it 8 hours a day for the past year. I'm also 6'9'' and I have some minor back problems. With that being said...Its definitely better then not having it attached to my chair, I notice my back has improved. The versatility of being able to move it on any part of my back at will is definitely a plus.CON:The strap is for the birds. The buckle does nothing, it slides horizontally and wont stay firm. I had to tie the damn thing in a not to stay on my chair. Its noisy, there is a plastic inside that crinkles every time you move. The shape is lost now, its no longer a lumbar roll, its more of a lumbar blob.I know the con list is large but for the price, this is pretty decent. There are better back supports out there for less or even much better ones for slightly more, but if you catch this guy on sale, I would say go for it.

Not fit for women
I think that all the lumbar rolls are made to fit most men. The one I purchased is somewhat large for my lumbar area and is very hard.

Cure your lower back pain! The McKenzie Methtod is da bomb!
I have the full round but it was too thick for me so I tried this and it is much better. I researched the McKenzie Method to cure my lower back pain and at times weakness. Keep your back straight, push your stomach out and within 2 months you can be cured! I use this in my car as I drive all, the more time I drive the better I get if I focus on pushing my stomach out and back straight. I also use one in bed. I installed board under recline seat and back to force a better posture. The biggest cause of lower back pain is recliners and too much time in recliners with the lower humping back going the wrong way.

Like the standard for all lumbar rolls.
The media could not be loaded. The original McKenzie brand-name is synonymous with quality and performance for anything to do with back pain, relief, or as part of a back-related rehabilitation or maintenance exercise program. Nice fabric on the outside, sturdy foam cushion on the inside, wrapped in a cellophane or plastic, which increases its longevity and utility overtime. Has a strap to adjust over chair or seat. My surgeon recommended that I also use the D-Section lumbar roll by Original McKenzie for certain floor-based exercises to increase the archness of my lower back that he says is also important for overall strengthening and rehabilitation. Very easy to use and it’s comfortable.

Money down the drain
I should have known better! I instinctively thought "what a stupid looking pillow" when i first saw this and I should have gone with my gut. But NO...based on the other reviews, I went ahead and ordered the damn thing. Not only that, but when it arrived, I ripped open the packaging, cut the tags off and started using it, thereby negating the return option. For starters, the strap is cheesy and useless - no matter how much you tighten it, the pillow does not stay in place. It is very poorly designed. Then there is the issue of the shape of the pillow...this is not a pillow that complements the natural curve of the spine by any stretch of the imagination. On the up side (and the reason I gave it a star), it can be used as a neck rest pillow, even though I already have one those and what I really wanted was a BACK PILLOW!!!

Eased Lower Back Pain
I use this on my La-Z-Boy recliner and it has reduced strain and discomfort in my lower back. I actually get an “ahhhh” sensation when I situate it and lean back.
